Kukutente23:Godfatherism exists all over the world. Others even have lobbyists and Super PACs. It is a choice. If you renege on an agreement you voluntarily entered into, there are consequences. When people want to justify their treachery, they start talking about the constitution. This is politics. You can honour agreements without violating the constitution. It is not an excuse to not honour agreements. Even Fubara, has he not violated the constitution several times? Who told you he cares about the people? He is also serving the interests of a select few. Only gullible people think a treacherous person is serving their interests. |
Kukutente23:Why do people accept godfatherism to get into office? I couldn't care less about godfatherism. I hate treachery. |
Go and apologise to those you wronged. Your problems are self-inflicted. |
Opobo snake. The governor is a shameless person without any integrity. Entering into numerous agreements and refusing to honour them. The president cannot force Wike and his allies to support Fubara. If that is what Fubara is banking on with his treachery, he has failed. |
Nigeria can't be islamised. It is gross incompetence and lack of determination to end this terrorism problem. No massive campaigns by the military to end this for good. If it is about securing a piece of land, they will send Yerima and his boys. Then you see army chiefs gyrating. |
It is not always you see someone more clueless than the ingrate Fubara, but here you are. You have managed to accomplish that feat. Regarding the agreement, who else will reveal its content if not those who were part of it? And you are talking about audacity. I don't blame you. Anybody who wakes up will rush here to comment about Rivers State. Who is Fubara in the presence of Wike? Did he have any ambition to be a governor in his wildest dreams? Fubara is an unrepentant ingrate handpicked by Wike and thrown into office. A former civil servant with no political weight and structure. A clueless neophyte in Rivers politics. Fubara has solidified his notoriety for treachery in Nigerian politics. He willingly enters into agreements and refuses to implement them, despite the involvement of the president. That is his major problem, aside his affinity for violating the constitution. How can you have peace when you don't keep to agreements? Fubara wants crisis and that is what he is getting. He will end up leaving office without achieving anything. As for your crap about alleged crimes, at least you stated that Fubara was the Accountant-General then. Browse the web and see him featured as a wanted person by EFCC. You are just not smart enough to understand how anything he does in that regard will be self-incriminating. Fubara does not have the cards. A wise man in his position, who has done an honest self-assessment would have honoured the agreements reached. Fubara is now intoxicated with power and doesn't want to leave again. Akpabio rightly checkmated him during their famous encounter. |
Makinde is running an irresponsible government. You were given funds to help your state and you are boldly telling Nigerians you didn't utilise it? The only reason for this shameless self-indictment is to mask the fact that you squandered the money. Having been exposed, you have replaced it with state funds to save face. Continue playing nonsense politics. |
You guys were arguing with the NBA last year on this. You will leave your security work and start dabbling into legal issues with no expertise. |
You guys no longer like unserious leaders? Same people are fans of the dancing governor in Osun. Pick a hustle. |
It rained in the treasure base of the nation too. Not attaching anything to it. People can be unnecessarily superstitious. |
charisma1986:But he brought the person you are worshipping now. When did you discover your sudden love for Fubara? He will bring another one for you to worship again. Gullible thing. |
89green:Nothing to show. That will be his legacy. |
datola:What a contradictory statement. To know what truly transpired, the investigation must go on and appropriate actions taken. Nigeria is governed by laws. |
osazsky:If you are in the zoo, what does that make you? |
Incompetent wailer. Were you not one of those meddling in Rivers State's political crisis? Alongside that small boy called Ugochinyere. |
The notorious Tambuwal. Treacherous element. |
See who is talking about terrorism. What an insult to our intelligence and sensibilities. Don't worry, they will open your file. Those of you ensuring terrorism doesn't end in the Northern region. |
Nothing good can come from this war criminal. He only knows how to sow discord and cause mayhem. ICC's warrant is still out for him. |
Unrepentant ingrate, what sounds of war? You have started again this clueless neophyte. Did you have any ambition to become a governor before Wike helped your ungrateful life? The most treacherous person in Nigeria. You are the author of your problems. Always talking about things you don't practice. You claim you want peace, yet you won't honour agreements you willingly entered into. Opobo snake.
|
For those who love disparaging Nigeria, did the USA happen to them? Smh. |
saphiere:No one is giving you anything. If you want it, go get it. After all, you want equality. Power is taken. |
Nodogragra4me:Mtcheww. Hope ke. What business does the governor of Imo State have in Rivers? You create a problem and start dragging people into it. Even the president that was present when Fubara reached this current agreement, has he obeyed it? An ingrate never changes. |
Reveal it. Fubara's treachery is becoming legendary. A man who can't keep to agreements, despite the involvement of the president. Unrepentant ingrate.
|
Heralding the season to come. |
Fiscus105:A lot of people do not read the Constitution. It is stated clearly in Section 195 that the AG shall be the Chief Law Officer and Commissioner for Justice of the state. |
It was really reckless the way this issue was handled by the government. Obasanjo and his ambitions. |
kpakpakpa:Section 199 does not apply, as it deals with state commissions. But your point still stands. Section 192 covers it. |
SisterAnn:Lol. That is not true. However, it is my state. |
kpakpakpa:Section 192 of the constitution. |
fergie001:You're right. |
kpakpakpa:Yes. |
The governor is yet to fully reconstitute his cabinet following the Supreme Court judgment. |
