Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Gave America Right To Arrest A President by BondRiv: 7:42pm On Jan 04
No one did, and they don't have that right. They are operating solely on might without legal backing. This is what international law was supposed to curb.

Lolzzzzz 🤣

You don't know the position of US in the world.

Do you know what super power meant

ote author=BondRiv post=138015709]

Stop trying to muddle the waters and be coherent. People act like you do when they know their position is wrong or don't understand what they are talking about. Is the action by the USA government right or wrong?

I don't support Nigeria blindly. Nigeria is not perfect and can make wrong decisions. I'll be the first to admit that.

However, our intervention in Benin was done with the approval of the president of Benin. We did not violate their sovereignty. We didn't interfere in Niger and Mali, but any such intervention would have been done in line with international law. We won't act unilaterally.

The highlighted portion of your comment is a mere allegation from an oil hungry government led by Trump. It remains an unproven allegation. Whether true or not, it cannot justify an attack on Venezuela, killing of armed personnel, civilians, kidnap of the president and his wife.

Now Trump and his gang of thieves want to control the country. Would they have done this if Venezuela was not a weak country? I'm sure they wouldn't have resorted to self-help, but explore other avenues, possibly under international law.
The USA violated international law and commited war crimes in Venezuela. They can't even defend their position. I watched the U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio on ABC News. He couldn't even defend their actions in Venezuela. Even within his country which is the U.S., they had no legal authority to attack Venezuela.

International law is clear. I knew the U.S. government wouldn't be able to defend what happened in Venezuela, but when I heard Rubio say it wasn't an invasion, I knew they were desperate and clueless. He also said FBI 🤣 made the arrest and read Maduro his rights. Does the FBI have jurisdiction in Venezuela?

This is about oil, shutting out rivals like Russia and China from their hemisphere, and regime change.

Try to acquire knowledge, so that you can understand and correctly analyse events like this. Instead of blindly parroting propaganda because you chose to be willfully ignorant.

Sheuns:
There’s no better ally for a country than USA. They will have your back always. Take Israel and Saudi Arabia for example. If not for the USA, Iran for don show Saudi shege for Middle East.

Russia and China are unreliable allies.
America has no permanent friends or enemies, only interests. You must not have heard of Kissinger. So long as you are focused on evil, USA will be nearby.
Foreign Affairs › Re: What’s The Point Of Having Russia As An Ally ? by BondRiv:
Your ally can't do everything for you, but I get the frustration regarding Russia. They tried for Assad in Syria though, else it would have been over for him a long time ago.

Considering these conflicts, usually you have only Russia backing a country, while the USA is backed by its Western allies putting pressure on that country.

Proximity matters too. Venezuela is in South America, relatively close to the USA. Russia does not even have a permanent military base there, unlike Syria.

Another thing is MOTIVE. I rank this above everything. Contrary to the endless propaganda by the mainstream media, Russia has no ambition to rule the world, but the USA does. That alone changes everything, including what you are willing to sacrifice.

There is no continent you won't find a U.S. military base, and they are the world's largest arms producer and exporter.

The USA topples democratic governments, eliminates leaders, creates and fund terrorism, invades and occupies a country to remain dominant in the world.

The USA is a force of evil in the world. Most people have no idea.

I have read an article from a reputable foreign news media. The Americans had casualties. Maduro was trying to get to a steel safe room before his capture.

No matter what the armed robbers of the USA government take around the world, the lives of most Americans and the country will never change. Crime does not pay and there are consequences. The homelessness, bad healthcare, gun violence, bad economy, etc., will persist in the USA.
Foreign Affairs › Re: In Response To Maduro's Capture, Protests Spring Up Across The US (Photos) by BondRiv: 2:01pm On Jan 04
As they should. Any sensible person ought to condemn what Trump authorised. How dare you kidnap the president of a country and his wife? In which world is that permissible?

The USA is a terrorist state acting with raw military might. Even Hollywood will have a hard time salvaging their reputation with the usual propaganda.

There is an acting president in Venezuela right now. The Venezuelan people must resist becoming Gaza. They must resist illegal occupation of their country and control of the government.

Venezuela for Venezuelans!

Oil in 2026 - lolzzzzz 🤣

How can USA be after oil in 2026

There are many countries discovering oil who are even ready to dash US oil

Many arab countries are lobbying US not to accept green energy

Venezuelans are relieved, and happy a tyrant has been uprooted

Democrats should not have this kind of person as their front man
Both things can be true. I wonder the type of education some of you have these days. Still doesn't give the U.S. the right to interfere.

It’s just really a sad time in history! We have learned, learnt and re-learnt, but glaring the majority of Africans will never escape from mental slavery.

They are clapping for same stroke that was used on them. 🤣😂🤣😂
They are ignorant lots.

What Trump is doing in Venezuela is even detrimental to an oil economy like ours. It is no secret that the U.S. wants to affect oil prices. But hardcore zombie supporters of Tinubu's government like Helinuse are cheering Trump.

Sheer ignorance.

Continue to Cry 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Your Hot Tears is very Sweet....

The Venezuelan people will run their own country with the US supporting them...

Let me give you a little bit of History and Geopolitical lesson and make sure you never forget it because it will help you understand some of America's Interventionist actions globally.

Many years ago the American government sent high level diplomats to Saudi Arabia and they made a deal with the house of Saud....

The deal was simple ....

" The House of Saud can continue to Rule the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with American Protection, while in return, Every Crude Oil must be Sold in Dollars"

The Billions of Dollars in crude sales belong to Saudi Arabia not America but the Crude must be sold in Dollars....

Saddam Hussein had problems with the US when he had plans to start selling Iraqi Crude in Euros....

Ghaddafi started having problems with the US and France when he was proposing a common African currency backed by Gold and Natural Resources...

What Trump and the US is looking for in Venezuela is not Crude Oil because America have enough Crude Oil...

What America is after is the Continuation and Dominance of the Petro-Dollar system

The Global demand for the Dollar must continue. That is what makes America Great

If the New Leader of Venezuela will not Agree to sell Venezuelan Oil in US Dollars that leader will Join Maduro wherever he is ....... I can bet you on that one..

Trump is not even hiding it. The Man is so open about it.

He has said it that American Oil companies will soon go in and start revamping the Venezuelan Oil Sector...

American Oil companies will be drilling the Oil for the Venezuelan people and that Oil will be Sold in Dollars which favors the American Economy..

Every Global Super power today wants you to do business in their currency because they saw how that system has favoured the American Economy.

They are busy forming BRICS to move away from dollars and settle trade in their own currencies and America is smiling because America has other plans to make the dollar relevant.. cheesy cheesy

As Long as the Dollar remains relevant, America will always be on top

America will always be 10 steps ahead of them because God Almighty made them number 1 for such a time as this...

And who God has blessed, no one can curse

God Bless America 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

God Bless Donald J Trump

God Bless Benjamin Netanyahu

I Stand with America and Israel Forever
Considering the content of your post, how did you end up concluding with God bless America? Is that something to celebrate or be proud of? Did you even understand your comment? Some of you are just zombies.

Resist imperialism. It is your country. The US government is run by criminals and their citizens believe they have democracy. Yet they have no say in what Trump is doing in Venezuela. He is practically acting unchecked. The reality is that democracy is a fantasy.

I heard Trump saying the U.S. was going to run Venezuela and this Vice President, who is now the acting president of Venezuela has no choice.
