Fubara is a political neophyte. You clearly know nothing about Rivers politics. Wike remains their leader, including that Fubara he put in office. It is one thing to have power, it is another thing to know how to use it. You guys want to cause another problem that will still end in Fubara's defeat.

Are you people not coming to the West on a daily basis to seek for greener pasture?
It's like Nigerians saying that UK is the worst country but they can't stop seeking greener pasture there. I hope you can connect the dots between the East and the West in that analogy. West is this and that but all statistics and una hustle to come here on a daily prove otherwise.

No Be Juju Be Dat?
Are which people? I'm not from the South East, but sensible enough to call out your nonsense churned out of ignorance and tribalism. Your people are suffering. Misplaced priority.

South West is evergreen.
Note:.
The larger part of the 12% poverty are people who came to hustle in the south West.
Came to hustle ke. Keep living in denial. The truth is that a significant number of people in this country are living in poverty. Most of those people are the indigenes. Last time a UK rapper referenced the begging at the Island.

She should try same stunt in the North if their Govenor is reciting the Quaran on stage, I want to check something.
Nothing will happen. Do the appropriate thing at the appropriate place. If a Northern governor is overstepping his bounds at her event, he will be called to order. You are the one creating the reality oppressing you.

A Governor a guest in his state??

Why is he now the CSO of the state??😀😀😀

Can a landlord also be a guest in his house

Una reasoning dey kpai humans sha
When you can't read and understand, this is the result. I gave you scenarios where he can be a guest, but you are still stuck in your idol worship. This your ill-informed view of a public servant as a demi-god.

A governor is not the owner of a state. CSO doesn't make him the owner. It is a responsibility. Get that into your skull. Read the Constitution and The Land Use Act. Regarding state lands, he is a trustee.

From these interactions, one gets an insight into how some of you think. These are the mindsets which perpetrates impunity. Nigeria is due for massive reorientation. Ignorance is also part of the problem.

You say calling to order??

Who owns the territory they are in??

You say a governor is a guest in his own state but same una supported some governors telling a private citizen to write them before coming into their state

Why are we like this in this country now
She can call him to order. A governor is not a demi-god. He does not own any territory, and yes, a governor can be a guest in his own state. If I own a house in the state and he visits me, he becomes a guest. Same way if he is invited to an event. As simple as that.

I'm surprised to read your comments using these fraises and you could not think she could have used alternative . There was MC and Protocols she could have signal and they would deliver her message to the governor and nobody would understand

Her idea was good, but she would have delivered it through protocll. Better still, She could have even wrote short notice on the back of her complementary card and sent to him it will send a strong signal. I like White people for this way of communication.
She did nothing wrong. I am disappointed by the responses here and feel sorry for this country. A lot of people don't know what it means to be entrusted with a public office. They want entertainment and the nonsense they call "catching cruise".

The demands for apology here shows the people deserve the government they have. That is how you get unserious and irresponsible government. You elected a governor for singing and dancing? Circus? And you wonder why nothing works?

The people in government are truly the reflection of the people. They reflect people like you guys, so I wonder why you still complain about the condition of the country.

I knew Bala, Bode and Makinde with their arrogance were going to crash PDP. I don't know where they learned their own politics. Timing is everything. This was not the time to fight. The people cheering them to expel this or that have all vanished. They are of no use to them.

Politics › Re: 3 Reasons Why Tinubus Military Intervention In Benin Is A Disaster For Nigeria by BondRiv: 5:18pm On Dec 09, 2025
Oh please. The French narrative is trite. Sometimes you can't escape these narratives. Yes, there is much to be said about the fatigue of France in its former colonies, still I don't think military rule is the solution. The people should make that discontent known and their voices heard through democracy. So far, those military officers who have seized power are yet to transition to democracy. The President of Benin asked for assistance, what should President Tinubu have done? Look away? Does Tinubu want a coup in Nigeria? I don't want military rule in Nigeria, so should such attempt be made, I welcome such foreign help, if sought.
