Or he intends to just read the budget proposal and leave, then expects it to be passed in three minutes, like he was doing with his clowns, somewhere inside the Government House? The Commissioners have to defend the budget, so he should forward a list of the nominees for the lawmakers to screen them. Who are those even preparing the budget, since he doesn't have commissioners? This his foolishness is what keeps creating problems for him. A political neophyte trying to outsmart veterans in the game. Fubara should resign.

He made Fubara the governor, now even drunkards from neighbouring states are disturbing our airwaves that they are Ijaws.
