Justice for Rivers people at last. That perpetual injunction was a miscarriage of justice. Peter Odili must be held accountable. Also one of the major elements misleading Fubara on this lawless path.

Wrong. That is just your uninformed belief. The governor was the one playing games after the Supreme Court judgment. That he has suddenly woken up and decided to do the right thing, doesn't mean the lawmakers should jump on their feet and clear their schedules impromtu. He should wait for a reply, if he properly sent a letter to them. This is the same governor that instructed his staff not to receive correspondence from the Assembly. I hate hypocrisy.

Define "Controlling the affairs of Rivers State."

In my previous reply which addressed the loyalty of the legislators to him, I told you that was political. There is no law compelling loyalty, it is political. He is the leader of PDP in Rivers State. So if you feel he is "controlling the affairs of the state" that is also politics. What law is Tinubu using in Lagos?

Impeachment is a last resort. If he follows the law, nobody will impeach him. He's my governor and I want him to succeed, but our laws must be obeyed. Simple. If he is now retracing his steps, it is a good thing.

This is not within the realm of law but politics. If you know their political history, you will know why he wields that influence. You must have a knowledge of both law and politics to understand these issues. This one borders on politics. Wike is the leader of PDP in Rivers State.

I think the meeting is unnecessary. Present the budget first and things will align naturally. Follow the law.

Governor Fubara please follow the appropriate channels of communication. You don't just make a surprise visit to the Assembly requesting to present the budget. There should proper communication. Hopefully the right thing will be done.

Justice Adolphus Enebeli is a shameless man. Few days ago, he spoke about plans for another LG elections, but has refused to appear before the lawmakers. What is he afraid of? Bunch of criminals, who spent unappropriated money of Rivers State on a sham election and want to repeat it. Arrest them all.

Now that he says he wants to start paying, HAS THE BUDGET BEEN PASSED? Very lawless man with foolish advisers. He is busy setting up a useless meeting with his aide.

The biggest step to a commitment to peace and the rule of law is Fubara presenting the budget and complying with all relevant laws. Simple.

If he fails to do the right thing, he'll be impeached, so that he can go and rest at home, before preparing for prosecution.
