There's something called DDA(Dangerous Drugs Act) and I know for a fact that the drug sold was binded by that act. Agreed they didn't directly murder Cynthia but it still doesn't make them lesss guilty. Isn't there Ethics of a profession again? Selling that drug out made the killing of Cynthia easier for those f***kers. Saying they are not culpable is a total and complete lie. IMO their licenses should be revoked and they should be heavily fined so as to serve as a deterrent to other pharmacists who are selling dangerous substances out without proper authentication and prescription.
