Nairaland General › Even Potentials Have Limit by boninho(op): 8:39am On Aug 01, 2017 |
Back then in primary and secondary school, there's always that unique student that no matter how hard you prepare or study for exams, you will never perform better than him overall. I remember one vividly that came nearly 20minutes late during an English test but was still able to construct the best essay during the short time he had. Yes, on rare occasions, you might do better in a particular subject but overall, they are always ahead and most often, they achieve this with lesser efforts.
In life, week after week, seminars are held here and there on " how to be a millionaire". No matter how much poverty is detested, not everybody will be wealthy. With commitment, you can achieve a certain level of financial freedom. You hear people tell you that " your potentials are limitless". Granted, one can achieve a lot through determination and commitment. But there are boundaries innate abilities break through that sheer hard work simply cannot. Often we refer to those people as genius, special and all that.
Potentials can only be maximized. That it cannot be estimated or measured doesn't mean it is limitless. So many started like P Square, so many started like Jeff Bezos, so many started like Roger Federer. Do you think they were the most hardworking? I don't think so
Do you agree? tell us about that person who is insanely good at a particular thing without ever putting in so much hardwork. |

Ellacity: I have waited patiently and observed some failures or better still inability of some of us to reason through their head or better still deliberately wanna have advantage over others. Honestly speaking, any information feed here is no longer a fair interview because you have added advantage to the people that will be interviewed and they will definitely be better in answering and presenting their proposal than you. I noticed what happened here during MSc CBT exam, some people came here and gregariously wrote what they were asked and that put them at disadvantage. Someone who was privileged to have seen the list of shortlisted masters scholars told me that people that wrote late performed extremely well unlike the early bird, and I know what happened because I was here and I saw how they posted their new words and others capitalised on that and became better than them. My point is that asking for a clue in a game of competition and mostly from your competitor is nonsense, its inhuman, stupidity and arrant nonsense. Some of us here are using our mouth in reasoning instead of our head. Anyways for me, I did mine and it was very fantastic and if you want to know how it went and the questions they asked me, please feel free and write me back from Saturday 29th July, 2017 after the whole exercise then I will be free to share with you but before the exercise then you are a cheat, dishonest human, dubious individual who wanna take advantage of some myopic and intellectually deluded entity in human skin, thinking purely with their psychotic invariance, some mis-match in their faculty of thought with some element of madness vis-a-vis innuendoted personality of highest degraded animal.
Having said that, go for your own interview like I did, come back here and lets share our own experience for the people that will come here next year. This to me I felt its fair and it is consistence with the natural justice, equity and good conscience and its purely acceptable to the extent of its consistency.
I am Dr. ELLACITY Are you married? |

Berylstanz: Hi guys,
I am sort of new here although I sometimes check the thread for guidelines.
got my trv approved yesterday but I am presently in Enugu. Thinking about using a courier service to bring it down here but while going through the vfs website they said "Applicants have to come in person for collection of documents or ""PAY FOR COURIER AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION"" Does it mean it's too late to use a courier service since I didn't pay for that when submitting ny application? And if it's not too late, how do I pay for the service since it's stated on the site that payment has to be in cash at the cvac counter? Congrats....please through which means did you pay your fees. Can I pm you? I also got admission @ University of Windsor (MEng) though just about starting visa application. Would like to get some info and guidelines from you |

SurestG: You've said it all brother. I'm smiling in one second and in another my mood has changed. I like being alone most times because people around me don't understand me at times. I can be caring too All the same I like myself this way because it keeps me out of trouble most times. Yea exactly, things rarely take me by surprise because I always think everything through, analyzing every detail. And thats the issue when it comes to girls because in their case, you've got to react as the vibe is still there |
Nairaland General › Re: Introverts, Share Your Challenges Here by boninho: 6:12am On Jul 21, 2017 |
Just like most of us, I don't like crowd, social events and all that
Chai, I couldn't open up to my crush for a solid 5 years during University days. I still regret it till date because she did everything a girl could have done to get a guy's attention but I kept thinking too much instead of acting
Other times, when it comes to girls, I might like you, call you often but sometimes I might not remember you for days, not that I have an issue with you but just that being meditative drifts my mind to a whole lot of things
And when I care, I really care....sometimes I try to force myself not to show it to avoid being taken for granted
I'm getting better at communicating with people sha over time now
Its a world which gives me inner peace in one second and in another second, I feel why am I like this |

Op....never ignore warning signals
Btw...he said the devil pushed him. How sure are you the devil that pushed him has left him?
The will of God is the process not the person
It is better to be single hoping to be married than to be married praying to be single
I repeat NEVER ignore warning signals |

God first in everything One of the worst things in life is to die a poor man A man yet to establish a reasonable level of financial freedom has no business with relationships |
