Of course you went to school. In most developed countries, High school education is enough to make the most decent of living and tertiary education is a choice. The only reason why tertiary education is so popular in Nigeria is because it has become a very mighty destraction used by those in the echelons of power from how they have failed the youth.

Majority of those who go to tertiary institutions in Nigeria end up settling for less, majority.
