The last thing Buhari has is a perception of integrity which I believe remains a farce. But integrity alone does not make a legendary president, wisdom and vision does. Solomon never had absolute integrity but his wisdom to govern was unmatched.
Can you in all honesty board a plane if the pilot is not qualified but has integrity? Never! So why follow a man to nowhere because he has integrity. Why sail with a sailor who has no compass. Why?
A man I respect once said that if you meet a stranger stranded on the road looking for a ride, you stop and ask him where he is going to, only to say he doesn't know. Leave him and continue your ride. Two blind men cannot walk to safety. They must seek another who sees. Vision, a picture of the future, is key, and he who leads men to their future must first see ahead for them.
I wish we all ride together to the height of success but, those who support a journey to nowhere makes it dificult. Those who support Buhari I find I may never give a lift.

Despite the rains and the cold weather in London, United Kingdom, a group of Nigerians in diaspora came out en masse to campaign against the political developments in Nigeria.

A group of Nigerians in the United Kingdom under the aegis of the Concerned Nigerians Living in the UK (CNLUK) have strongly condemned the suspension of the number five citizen of Nigeria, CJN Walter Onnoghen amid other political issues in the public domain.

The group described Onnoghen's suspension as an attempt by the executive arm of government under the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari to undermine the judiciary and the override the essence of the rule of law in Nigeria.

Speaking through its convener - Dr Wilson Diriwari during a protest under the bad weather at 1:00pm (London time) at Nigerian High Commission in London, the group accuses Buhari of incumbent government of President Muhammadu Buhari is unleashing fear and terror on opponents from other parties.

The group cautioned the present government against taking the path of violence, anarchy and national unrest.

Presidential candidate of the National Interest Party (NIP), Eunice Atuejide has publicly declared her support for PDP Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.

According to her, after watching The Candidates yesterday, where Atiku and Obi answered questions about their plans for Nigeria, she is now considering voting for Atiku, and that all her supporters would do same.

She also revealed she didn't even know Atiku could speak English, talk less of seriously discuss policy issues.

She described Atiku and Peter Obi as men of relative integrity who are ready to sacrifice for us all.

Keyamo Blames Atiku for America’s Slide on TI’s Corruption Index

The Director, Strategic Communications, Buhari Campaign Organisation, Mr. Festus Keyamo (SAN), has alleged that one of the reasons the United States dropped on Transparency International’s Corruption Perception Index was that the US gave the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, a visa.

Keyamo said this in a tweet while reacting to America’s slide on TI’s corruption perception index.

The spokesman, who posted a link to TI’s report said, “anything that gravitates towards Atiku is always tainted with corruption. Now, the US gives him a ‘special waiver’ as a candidate to come in for a few days and see the result.”

The senior advocate had in the past alleged that the US had secretly indicted Atiku for corruption hence the former Vice-President’s reluctance to travel to the country.

According to TI, the US last year slid down the rankings of a global corruption index as America’s system of checks and balances faced growing threats with Donald Trump as president.

US lost four points to score 71 out of 100 on the watchdog’s 2018 Corruption Perceptions Index, sending the country tumbling out of the top 20 for the first time since 2011.

“The low score comes at a time when the US is experiencing threats to its system of checks and balances as well as an erosion of ethical norms at the highest levels of power,” TI said in its annual report.
