The pipe was bought after his driller develop problem.. The 50k offer of TWINSKENNY plus my 50k is just 100k..

the new drillers are charging 200k to 250k currently...

mine is who will balance this remaining balance...

I have requested a 100k refund.. or he TWINSKENNY collects the 100k with me and find who to complete it according to our earlier agreed contract..

Recovering debt is one thing i pray not to ever do again in my life,

I bought something from this guy(big CEO) last year November and he failed to deliver, i asked for refund and he’s been playing me since.

The same CEO still post goods worth millions on his page daily and still even went on vacation last week with his wife.

I don use police, Efcc and co! And even the amount spent sef don almost reach 20% of the whole money yet the guy is not moved.

Getting a debtor to pay is purely LUCK and God’s grace and now how you’re wicked. (My money with him is over 1M)

My advice to you, if you value your peace of mind, drill the borehole with your money and count your loss.

I even preferred ali express to Jumia then because most of what i bought came on free delivery.

Custom issue:
Negotiate with the seller and he will declare a low price on the Package, that way, Custom won’t bother chevking it and it will be delivered via NIPOST to the nearest post office

This is why I always ask folks if they’re hands on or just a “Consultant”. And nothing is wrong with that but it’s just not what I want.

My POP is being done by five guys. The Oga gangan is there, two already free guys that gets job on their own and two casters. The Oga sets the pace and tone, outlines the setup. I can already tell that if he wasn’t there I would have issues. The two free guys are quick to say good enough but the Oga will ask for measuring tape, level, etc

Key staff is also important. I don’t expect Spyder880 to handle shovel or sit at one job site all day. He seemingly doesn’t need to because he’s created a system and employed good staff.

Perfect, when it’s time to continue the project, i will gladly have a written agreement with whosoever we will be outsourcing the work to.

This is not an apartment for rent, this is an apartment i will be living for as long as possible… the perfection should be close to 100

When i started the project, the roofing project was given to our popular roof guy here because i fell in love with his work, on getting to the project.. I discovered that he sent his boys instead. (I no vex )

Same as the electrical/smart home/cctv contract, deal was signed with the boss but for execution, the boss sent his boys.

When we sign deals with notable brands in our homes, it’s because we want the boss touch but mhen.. our bosses mostly supervise now

If we outsource interior, i am 99% sure the main interior boss won’t show up but one of his boys.

If we outsource external floor stamping, 100% the boss won’t also show up.

For someone who want perfection and state of the art finishing, what will it take to get these Ogas to be the one to work on the site??

Like when we gave the external window designs (external POP) to one of the best guys around and we paid him in full, the guy sent his boys instead and those ones were just eager to quickly finish the project.

You need to see how rough the pop was! Very rough and the stupid boys were saying “that’s how it would be when it’s still wet, when it gets dry.. the true shape would come out” lmfao, we ain’t spending alot of money on this just for it to end up looking like a village mud house! It was painful but i ordered all the POPs to be dropped off immediately (in the presence of another pop guy that will do it).

The new POP guy did a perfect job.

The old Pop company is still begging for job till date.

The problem with stop losses is that you are eventually going to be worn down as you get stopped out of a position, buy another and watch your new position underperform the old one. Not to mention the transaction costs as you jump from one stock to another. Activity is often the enemy of outperformance in investing.

My view is that if you are investing in stocks, to get the best out of your hopefully diversified portfolio, you have to run the risk of huge drawdowns. However, this assumes you know the ins and outs of the company you bought: this is what I got wrong with SelectQuote as I didn't factor in that their rapid revenue and earnings growth involved a bit of accounting gimmickery.

That's why I recommend index funds (I have almost half of my investing funds in indexes and it arguably should be a higher proportion) as it's difficult to acquire market-beating knowledge of these companies. It's difficult for professionals, never mind us retail investors.

But to get outperformance from stock picking, if you insist on picking stocks, you have to be prepared to ride out some gut-wrenching fluctuations as long as you are satisfied you are in the right company.

Most of us don't have all that extra money to put into kitchen like this one and again we dont fancy kitchen as much as it's done in a place like the USA. A kitchen this beautiful will sell a house easily juat like a house with parapet and stone coated roof will sell a house easily in Nigeria.

Yes this is just it and exposure matters, most home owners do not fancy kitchen because they do not know kitchen designs could be better.

A kitchen guy billed around 3M for a kitchen and when i checked his previous designs, they’re just like the normal kitchen every professional engineer could put together.

The rich men’s house i’ve been to in Nigeria, it seems most prefer spending much money on the Exterior than they spend on thr Interior while the kitchen is always just there:

2)Cupboard connected to the washing sink down
3)With patterned shining tiles.

Tho the food thing in the mammy market was great and I enjoyed it too... Cos it was quite cheap and the food was very okay... I don't know of now cos of the inflation rate

Yes, in kano camp they will try selling u d state.. That it's good. Well I will be honest, Kano state is good but that is if you are posted to one of the major cities.

I was at staying at Sabon Gari while working in another local govt nearby. Well, I enjoyed my time there cos of the clubs, bar, hotel, even strippers club and I had choice of the food I wanted...
Ibo kitchen, yoruba kitchen, Akwa Ibom and so on..

I even do go the malls at kano Municipal, cinemas and so on.
The food in kano was relatively cheap and affordable compared to lagos. House rent in the kano cities was still on the high side.

For ladies to date, yes u are right sha... Tho I didn't really mind cos I had a babe at kaduna so she always came visiting

So kano state.. if you are posted to one of the major cities its good, u will surely enjoy it, aside that I don't really know

I later relocated because I had other plans and I was not too comfortable with the weather.

So for kano if u can work your nysc ppa posting to the city or urban areas, better for u... The other towns and villages... I don't know.

But my experience there is something I loved, and Glad I visited another part of the country

Yeah I serve in kano State,rogo local government to be precise, I mean rogo local government is still far behind karaye local government where the nysc orientation camp is located. Agreed civilization is far from the rural areas and there's alot of language barriers. But life itself is another experience on it own. You have a story to tell.

Speaking on behalf of everybody, I intentionally left the local government out because i know what these nysc officials can do.

They will rather bully the reporter than solve the problem

I served in Kano state, Gabasawa local government in 2006 to be precise. The village was zakirai. At the time karaye camp was about being completed and it was one of the most beautiful camps in Nigeria. I understand story but if you look beyond your frustration, it will help your mental health.
The cost leaving in the village was cheap.
Go to sabon gari to unwind during weekends
Watch Spanish league with the locals in their viewing center.
Get a female coper and catch your fun
Avoid talking to any yarinya because u could be killed.
