The people you're seeing in politics belongs to no religion but Politics itself! It's any religion or group where they can get voters (supporters) that they truly belongs.

That's what Donald Trump failed to understand thinking it's religionsts that got him the sit. Now he knows better because homosexuals, lesbians and crossdressers are rapidly increasing in numbers across the globe. Politicians that failed to acknowledge them will not have a seat. The Nigerian Politicians banning gays and lesbians aren't doing it for God rather they're trying to keep their voters in check.
Let hundreds of thousands come out to protest as gays and lesbians, you will see Politicians make a u-turn and start dancing to whatever tune the gays and lesbians plays for them!
They are working hand in hand with political religionsts who are helping them to groom voters, and the religious title chiefs are maintaining their position as fishers of voters.
That's why religious groups form associations so that during election the politicians will know whom to consult for greater number of voters (supporters)

God's word foretells that a time is coming and it's soon when all these false religions will loose their grip on their followers by that time atheism would have stolen over 80% of their followers, then atheists will have to produce those in power not religionsts!

You don't have any atheist friends because most atheists wouldnt say that they want to ban religion. There are many atheist organisations in Europe and US, yet banning religion has never been on their agenda.

Furthermore, you have it the other way around. It is the religious books and hence, religious people that have expressed more hatred for the identity of atheism. Their religious books claim that non-believers or those that reject their god are evil.
