I am a dependent to my husband who is a student. We do not qualify for graduate visa but my company is willing to give me COS as a care assistant which covers just me. I am trying to get a charity visa for my husband but the ones willing to give don’t want to give the entire family (family of 4) please what other options do we have? Our visa expires in December

please throw more light on this, why was your husband not qualified for that.. if you can share more light on this then we can know how to come in.

They are really slow. Did you pay your deposit and they later asked you to upload your pof and TB test or you paid and uploaded the documents immediately?
I just got my offer uploaded on the portal after sending series of mails to them regarding inactive portal.
They are quite slow and i hope i can still meet up for September intake cos my pof will just start counting and the 28days will be towards ending of the month.

It took me 7 weeks to get my CAS, Bolton is slow but i never regretted it cos there payment plan isn't bad

yes i was given with a student i.d number.

I think most people with long study gap like me with close to 10years might get NSF mail.

Your personal savings is very fine.

UKVI just need a bank statement of at least 28 days, that was printed not less than 31 days ago.

There won't be any reason to explain the source of the funds.

Just make sure there's no large sum deposits WITHIN THE 28 DAYS.

By these large sum do you mean amounts like 200-300k inclusive?

This may be late but I stay in Bolton, it’s a good area because it’s cheaper than Salford or Manchester but it’s easy to jump into Manchester, about an 1 hour plus by bus. Jobs you’ll be targeting will be in the whole greater Manchester which is connected by transport. I pay rent of about 715 pounds for a room Amd kitchen. I came with my bro so we split the rent.

That agent need return your money plus interest oo. You can apply for the new visa. Just make sure you have everything so it's approved.

Hello house, would really want to ask a question that is very important and i hope would help me in a way.. "" I applied for a visiting visa to U. k through an agent 2019 Dec before covid 19 but did not get a response from them but after 2 months, i went to pick up my passport only to find out that no sticky visa was on my passport nor a refusal letter attached, just a blank white paper and my passport... I thought it was because of the covid that caused such and i never heard from the agent again nor dis he gove me the email he applied with and its log in...Fast forward to last year, i decided to know why my application was like.. after a long process of identifying that i was the applicant, UKVI then sent me the status of my application and what happened with there response attached below.. Now i want to apply for a Students visa for my master myself.. please would you guys my previous application that was void affect my visa application.. because i realised that the agent either paid with an empty card or did not pay at all... Please your response would really be appreciated ..

If after the 28 days she submits her online form, can she is now remove the money before visa approval ?

Put all the money you need in your account for 28 Days.

Ensure you don't print from the date you deposited a lump sum.

To avoid errors, count 30/31 days. Do not submit your online form till the funds in your account has been in your account for 30/31 days.

My MA schools in Kingston University, it is located in Southwest London. The school only gives u CAS and the process is seamless but getting visa is between u and UKVI which shouldn't be a big deal too.
However, rent is expensive in Southwest London, so box up if u really interested. An average shared apartment cost like £700 a month, and u are still likely going to pay deposit of a month rent, so budget £1400 for a start.
As regards work, students all over UK struggle because of the 20hrs/week cap but u still have higher chance of getting something doing in London.

You can start now. It's 6 months before you course start date. 6 months from now is October so for a course that's starting September you can apply right now

I am talking from experience,after three denials from us visa,i got my uk student visa under three working days, they don't run any background check as far as your finances are ok

please what documents did you submit and did you pay for VFS priorty service that made it come out fast..

Bros how do I track my own application? Though I used an agent but I put my own email, I went for biometrics since last year August 1st till now no decision made, bt if I ask them he will tell me dat he is checking on it, that they will email me once decision is made

Like I said, I have two different individuals who did Canada Visiting Visa via Agent and the agent doesn't used their email.

They have been denied 3months after they applied but I only suggested he tracked his application to see the progress and fortunately he was able to do it.

He just checked last Feb.

Please don't misinform ppl here, you should be more accurate before stating how your friend was able to track his/her without collecting the email from the agent, uncle he or she has access to that email, they can't track that application..simple

Let him login into this tracker with his details such as UCI number and application number respectively. He will provide an email and a code will be sent.... Make sure the arrangements of your names correctly as on your passport

How can he track his application when he has no access to the email they used to apply? how can he recieve a confirmation pin sent to that email if he wasn't given access to it?..please enlighten us on how he did his tracking if you don't mind.

You can't take him for is words unless he login into your portal in your presences and you check it yourself then you can believe him.


Often times, they will have gotten the response but won't know how to tell the owner.


I have my reasons for saying this subject to someone who applied June last year and was refused September last year, and the agent never told him till he tracked is application on the 19th of February this year.


The annoying part is that,till now the agent is still saying he hasn't gotten any mail.


Agents are devil and cursed one's.

I did my biometrics on Sept 28 but i realized today that my agent filled that i have never been denied a u.s visa not knowing i have been denied a u.s visa 6 years ago...please can i still rise a webform to notify them about it?
