Question for the Professionals?

Given a similar terrain, market and build-route with minimal mark up, what is the realistic cost and time frame for building this house?

Let's assume the client is in the middle-class and not an agbada flowing politician.

This question is directed to the professionals and consultants in-house so Oga Spyder don't bother to answer this question. I have my reasons and we learn everyday.

...and many thanks to the client who afford us the opportunity. Its not always the same experience all the time.
Though the project is Magical but not without it issues, I'm happy to work with a client who's not only a brother but a very good friend. And of course, there are so many actors behind the scene making sure everything works out.

Remember, we aren't magicians! A successful project is one where everyone works together to achieve a common goal - success.

Thank you all.

mckorode: Hi Mr.Brabus, just want to know how much you have spent so far on this magnificent piece and how much more you think will be spent till completion.
Thanks.
There's a non-disclosure agreement on this project and as we all know information received under a confidentiality agreement cannot be disclosed to a third party that is not a party to the agreement.

That said, the Chateau is a flagship estate project in a serene hillside community in Ile Oluji, Ondo state.

More information on the estate later on this thread.

The LAST of Doors Fixed.

As planned, we fixed the six remaining doors into place this morning. Like a well oiled machine, we had the remaining 6 doors up in next to no time and before you know it, we've got 19 doors fixed in the Chateau!!!

The Landscape Design

Landscaping is a key part of the Chateau’s curb appeal and I know that curb appeal is very important to my client.

It is the first impression. It is important! If he doesn't like the looks of the front of the house, which is mostly landscaping, I doubt the interior would be inviting.

At the moment, we intend to use a D8 Dozer to re-sculpture the land in order to fit in with the design we are working on. We also desire to raise the height of the land to various levels and also transplant a number of mature trees on to the land.

Follow us!

Imagine!

Imagine the difference a fabulous landscape can make to the Chateau. Imagine the difference a tree-lined driveway can make to the estate. Imagine the difference outdoor lighting can add to the Chateau by creating a welcoming environment, lighting dangerous paths and dark corners.

Stop imagining! We are already taking care of the worries.

Watch out for the Chateau landscape plan.
