Oga Syder,

For you to completely ignored me, then you must be very busy. However, I want to thank you for the good job you are doing here.

@all building engineers in the house

I need to hired someone that can do a similar project on this thread to roofing level ASAP,

please note:

1)I only have a budget of about N9m ( roofing level)
2) will need to start from 1st week of Dec. 2013
3) Will like the roofing done by March 1st 2014
4)Must be very qualify and have to show me your past work.
5) Must be honest and transparent like oga syder
6) The land is located at IKD Lagos

Thanks and God Bless you!
I can handle this project for you at N10m but can only be available to kickstart in January.

Here's a link to my ongoing project in Ondo state with a budget of N10.5m (Foundation to Roofing)

Tundetiler2011: @ ganny fire burnt your mouth, did I beg money from u,stop making mouth here okay don't give a damm hear it and hear it clearly into your fucking skunk...
That's too hash Tunde! You don't do that to your client whether good or bad. You don't want this type of PR for your business.

Oga Ganny1, sorry for your plight! I believe if it is good you won't turn here to say otherwise. I also believe that someone who could afford N1.6m tiles wouldn't abscond with labour fee.

I won't support mediocrity because what is happening here is killing the chances of many others doing business online. Not many people will have the time to read your part of the story.

So, its better to manage your client very well. Sir Tunde, please apologize to your client and move on.

___________

My Thought: What's stopping the tiler from posting the pictures of his job? I do that all the time to showcase my work. Don't be the devil's advocate!

I'm of the opinion that not everyone deserves a voice on the Internet.

Nairaland, this days do not only provide a pedestal for those voices but forces them to compete to be the most homogenous.

Let me clarify, I don't hate Nairaland neither do I hate any of the admin/mods but I think the forum is simply becoming a valuable tool for those (mods inclusive) looking to waste time or laugh at some funny stories. Otherwise, what's this topic doing on the frontpage?

A sheer waste of the forums potential.

grin grin grin

And here comes the demolition squad cool cool cool from NASBCA (Nairaland Building Control Agency)

In some years to come, some things will not just matter. Oga NL1960, please have the experts check the structural integrity of the building and do the needful.

That pillar is there for a reason.

Sir Amidcan, how I wish I could grant your request without fail but I'm incapacitated due to the fact that this is a private property and I cannot do anything of my own without expressly written permission from Oga at the Top!

Dont worry, I'll be building more Chateau in Ile-Oluji soon and I believe yours will be one.

jay bee: What's the point of the L shape closet design when you won't be able to make full use of the space?

If it's detachable then make it fit parallelly against the wall.
Point noted. It is detachable
