God help us in this country

I run a logistic company as side hustle and my riders earns 45k, For a while I have been paying my riders salary from my own normal job personal salary because work has been slowed and the little we make s being pumped back Into the business.. what’s 16k that a wicked boss s refusing to pay but yet can eat. ?
