donphilopus: Some people believe Adeyinka Grandson and Adamu Garba are wereys while Nnamdi Kanu is so intelligent. Those set of people are more daft than Nnamdi Kanu himself.
He should be in exile and be issuing threats. If he's man enough, he should come down to Nigeria to threaten Wike. I trust Wike to place a bounty of just N10 million on him. And those PH cultists won't spare him. Shey na those same cultists that went to hide when Hausa guys gave them away win for PH? |

I was in Lekki few months ago and I noticed that most of the guys riding flashy cars are into fraud.
Most are even driving cars without plate numbers. All the know is to bill their maga and when he pays they use the money to buy BENZ, Bleep dirty olosho, smoke weed and drink fake Hennessey.
SARS should continue with their good job. Leave cyber crime for efcc not sars |

Business › Re: Nigerian Bank Disobeying My Late Father's Directive. PLEASE HELP!!! by bragamycin: 5:18pm On Sep 01, 2020 |
zuma4k: Please fellow nairalanders, I need your opinions on this and if possible front page. It's quite personal and goes like this. 1. Mr Adam (my father) opens a fixed deposit account with X Bank. He subsequently submits his wife's details and makes her a co-signatory to the account with the *express mandate* that upon his demise, his wife exercises automatic access to the account and it's proceeds. Does this amount to a valid contract between him and the bank?.
2. Note that after his death the bank reneged on the primary provision of his directive, stating that a letter of administration must be procured (at an exorbitant cost). Stated Reasons bothers on the fact that under banking laws and the principles of a valid contract, a contract between a depositor and the bank terminates upon the demise of the individual thus rendering the *mandate* unenforceable and invalid. Please mods I need this on front page. Thanks. If you are ready to collect your money, you won’t use the title X BANK. Name the bank, put it on Twitter etc and watch how they will beg you else they risk loosing clients. As it stand now, you are still protecting the bank |

lawrence1998: Good day my dear nairalanders,
While we keep waiting for our dear country to become better, they're many people adding to the sorrows of young Nigerians. I met this person claiming to be offering writing jobs yesterday on nairaland and I contacted the person. I asked her to pay me N5 per word but she mocked me and said she'll only pay N1.3 per word. For the sake of having a work experience on my CV, I agreed and she gave me a topic to write on. I'll post all what I wrote here. After which the person claiming to be a married woman starting saying I did rubbish, this is not how to write and before I'll say jack Robinson, I was blocked.
Don't know if that person is truly a woman or not but I wrote up to 1148 words articles and I wasn't paid. This happened yesterday. Here's the phone number of the person +234 813 547 9257 and as at yesterday, she claimed to be the wife. So I'll be posting my article here, pls send and tell me what's wrong with my writing There is really no need dropping her number and complaining here. To me , she was even too patient with you. She said add SHOPIFY. She is your client for god-sake. Rather you were arguing with her. It means when you are in an organization, you can simply easily go against the orders of your superiors to drive home your own desires. |

Olominira: I can't count the number of times "Nigeria" was mentioned in this article. If it were to be UK, German or any European national, would they mention his country at all? This is a part of systematic way USA is blackmailing entire Nigeria nation instead of individuals. The funny thing is that, the main criminal pushing and pressuring HushDoggy to provide account details is not even Nigerian, yet he was being referred to as CONSPIRATOR 1. Y don’t the fbi name him Nd his country |
