I don’t think it has to do goods importation. CAPITAL importation in plain English sounds like importing money into the country which should be a good thing but this amount seems so poor tamdun: Hnmm, even with high exchange rate people still dey import? Nigerians never learn anything, money still boku for Una pocket |

320 dolllars times 500 which s the amount of a naira to a dollar will give u 169k Bendent19: This device is overpriced. The specs are nice but for that price i would buy the Oneplus Nord which comes with Snapdragon 765G and 90hz Oled display with very capable cameras that's same with the ones on their flagships. The correct pricing of this device should be $260 - $320. It's a nice device though, but there are phones that offer the same for less. |

eDeity: Nobody is talking about why the said Lecturer was not been arrested or disciplined. If it was in Nigeria. You'll hear that a senior lecturer of a federal University of .... Has been sacked or arrested for collecting $1m from governor of East Carolina state, of America over a false pretense of offering him an appointment in the university. Sad we'll be doing all shit to please the white. Who else understands what this brother s trying to explain? |

Travel › Re: Why Don't We Have These Kind Of Streets In Nigeria? by bragamycin: 8:12am On Nov 22, 2020 |
PhiliptheArab: We don't have these kind of streets in nigeria because we are not ready to pay the kind of taxes that would fund and maintain those kind of streets.
In the UK, if you are living in the city, you pay council tax which ranges from 60000 to 100000 naira monthly depending on the city. That money goes into making the cities look nice
That's why uk cities have great streets.
If we charged that kind of tax in Nigeria, Nigerians would scream.
So we pay scanty taxes and get scanty and bad roads
The bad roads we have in Nigeria are what we can afford. The sad thing is that looting still happens on top Keep talking Trash .. do you know how much Lagos state Charges it’s Civil servant as TAX ? |
Politics › Re: Police Officers Run As Okada Riders Chase Them In Lagos (Video) by bragamycin: 11:59pm On Nov 18, 2020 |
codemaniacs: roads are not the only problem... the okada occupation is... for okada to "slowly die a natural death" other means of transportation have to be created and very affordable, police will need to work with immigration and customs and deport non-nigerians among the okada riders which means police will need investment in technology because they will need a database of criminal offenders and immigration offenders and you know this will create a problem as many of them won't want to start using technology..
its very easy to do but will the old school politicians and police accept it.. Pple enter bike not because they want to but because that s the only way to move around in Lagos. No need deporting anyone. Create free roads Nd these Okada guys willl change location cos patronage will drop drastically. However, roads are not available, any slight ban on okada will result to increase in T fare by NURTW And these factors alone s enough for pple to move via bikes |
Politics › Re: Police Officers Run As Okada Riders Chase Them In Lagos (Video) by bragamycin: 5:54pm On Nov 18, 2020 |
tamdun: Lagos govt need to ban okada, they did it in Kano, Anambra etc, so why can't Lagos govt ban okada anybody that isn't satisfy can leave Lagos First create roads Nd reduce traffic time , okada will slowly die a natural death and before it dies completely, the Task force can then effectively ban okada.. |
