The cameras are okay. I have not really done an extensive test of it.

Both mi 9 and 9 se to me have smaller battery. Yes they may have good optimization but anything less than 4000 mah is a no for me. SE is even worse because I hate small sized phones.

The major reason I totally ignored the Mi 9 3300mAH? I can't afford to be using phone and the thinking of charging it soon

So I finally settled for MI 9T after many thoughts and change of heart that I wouldn't like to bore you with.

First is my first Mi phone and I can tell you that this phone is awesome, and I am still getting used to it.

Got the 128GB and officially a Mi member.

I am not looking at the mi 9 at all. The competition has gone way past it and it's an old device now.

Band 20 isn't much of a priority tho because I could still get 4G coverage even with my infinix hot 4pro.

But would you recommend a Chinese rom?
What should I be expecting. Any hope of porting to global rom someday?

I just wished my phone hasn't spoiled, I would uave waited longer to see the game going on in the phone industry well.

Guys I need your help here in making a decision.

I had wanted to get a Xiaomi phone since the note 7 and note 7pro came out but due to the fact that note 7pro wasn't made for international market, I chilled and waited for their next device.

Now k20 and k20pro is here again and yet the pro version didn't make it to international market again.

The reason why I am particular about the international version is because I leave in Germany and it would be nice to have something made specifically for international markets.

I am finding it difficult to compromise and go for the k20 (Mi 9T) because of the processor and how to is much behind it's pro version but since it was made for the international market, it has band 20 that the Chinese k20pro is lacking Which is kinda a big deal here in Europe for 4G network tho I can still compromise.

Should I go for the Chinese k20pro or the global k20?

If I go for the k20pro what are the things I should be expecting in terms of software. Can I port to a global rom or i will be stocked with the endless Chinese ads?

Or better still, which other brand will you recommend that is Huawei or OnePlus? Trying to ignore Huawei because of this their porting from Android.

Kindly help me in my decision making.

About the water, most times these guys don't carry along enough water too.
But in big buildings, there's always a water outlet specifically made for fire fighters so that they don't runout of water

Long story short, we landed when my connecting flight to Nigeria was departing.

I was so furious that I was almost rude to the attendant at the British airways stand that she even mentioned the fact that I should calm down.

I was offered two options, either to leave with the next available flight at 22:00 and chill in their premium lounge free of charge or I get booked into an hotel and continue the journey the next day with the schedule of the flight I missed.

As a naija guy nah, you must have guessed the one I picked.

Na so I get free UK 24 leave to enter stamp and three Star hotel accommodation with food voucher and bus ticket oh. I maxed that less than 24 hours no be small

Side note: the best time to learn Deutsch is while in Nigeria. If you're thinking of coming here before you do, you might end up learning nothing.

I can't count the number of times I have started learning Deutsch and stopped because I am doing self learning, I have to study and make ends meet as well.

Hopefully, the paid online course I am doing now works for me and during this semester break, I can enroll in a language class.

Remember those university days when lecturer will give out photocopied handouts to HOC for the whole class to photocopy? And HOC will turn to god and start cashing out .

Well it's different here in Germany or at least my school. Some lecture materials are being printed in colored and handed to us free of charge.

Not to even talk of very expensive Softwares that the university bears the license cost for us.

Nah countries like this person suppose dey do if at all first degree.

Boarding started about few minutes after 7am. Thanks to Nigerian passport and British policies nah. I was scrutinized at the boarding gate because I only presented my Nigerian passport without a valid schengen visa on it. But when I presented my Residence card, I was allowed to pass through.

It is worthy of note that, British Airways doesn't allow passengers without a transit visa or visa from other EU countries or countries that doesn't require a visa to Vist UK to transit through their airport.

And btw, I wasn't stamped out of Germany because I have a residence permit.

After the final security check at the boarding gate, a bus transported us to the aircraft. We finished boarding in no time. Low and behold, it was indeed a full flight. I located my window seat (I often pick the window seat), buckled my seat belt and waited for take off.

The first pilot (Apprentice pilot ) made the usual welcome announcements, ETA, weather conditions and the likes. I was so happy, why? Finally, I am flying with an airline that speaks English without having to translate.

It was time for takeoff and the plane refused to gbe body. I wasn't worried at first because Frankfurt to London Heathrow Airport is just 1 hour and few minutes, plus I had an hour few minutes stop in LHR and I don't have to change terminals.

The pilot made an announcement that they are waiting for approval from the control tower and that's the reason for delay. About 10 minutes later, he made another announcement that everything is clear and we would be taxing to the takeoff point. Only for the plane to move backward and return to its original position. The pilot announced again that there's something wrong with the aircraft and he needs to check it in.

After 10 minutes again, he announced that he's sorry but the issue had been fixed overnight and he was just being overprotective(I can't really remember his exact words). He waited for another 5 minutes again before making another attempt to taxi again that yet failed.

At that moment, I started freaking out because we were like 40 minutes behind schedule and my flight from LHR - LOS leaves once a day.

In short we battled with technical issues for 2 hours and turns out that nothing was wrong with the aircraft. It was just the pilots that were either overprotective or misinformed. We had to refuel again we finally took off when we were supposed to land.

I think I have been doing this if I am not mistaken.

Types of jobs available 70% of the jobs available are menial jobs and most times, they aren't flexible.
Most employers prefer someone that works full time i.e 8 hours per day.

These jobs aren't flexible to run with studies. My sim card is currently switched off because I am avoiding a job agent that has prepared a one month full-time contract.
Don't get me wrong, I need this job, but I cannot afford to leave studies just that long when the semester has just begun.

That doesn't mean there aren't jobs that are easy to run with studies, but the truth is, not everyone gets them. Your language proficiency and location has a lot to do with this.

In short, there are readily available menial jobs that you can knock yourself out with, but you need the basic German knowledge, else they wouldn't be interested in taking you. These days, I start conversations in German with job agents and just say Ja, ja ja till the end.

Job agents pay €9.49 per hour and about 15%(I am not sure) is deducted as tax. So how much you earn depends on the hours you have worked.

Getting a direct contract pays from €9 - infinity. But averagely it's often €12.50.

So I have decided to only post pictures when I can and not just waste my time and effort on typing since it seems like no one is reading them.
