The bible was written by men with the inspiration of God as reported.

Men overtime, have changed the chapters of the bible and even modified them to suit their sentiments.

The constitution is a representation of God's law, for God's laws (commandments) forms the foundation for constitutions globally.

Because men created the bible and the constitution - it can be amended and certainly destroyed by men. Change is constant.

The people who wrote the constitution are not superior to you and they are not what matters - but rather the "ideas" that these people put down and agreed upon - is what matters the most. So pay attention to the the texts men write , not the the writers themselves.

Everyone has the right to freedom of expression or rights to a certain standard of living or religion. If your country's laws don't sit well with you because it's Sharia law and you feel the Sharia law will behead you if you advocate for a separation, then the choice is ultimately yours.

You cannot change the laws of your country because - those laws have been agreed upon and passed. The only way to change the law - is to get others who support your view and advocate for an amendment or an abolishment of some laws - but doing it on your own is a suicide mission for yourself and like taking laws into your own hands.

You can never be realistic with emotions - but only with acceptance of existing facts.

I'm more of an interpreter of the facts on ground than a supporter.
I'm not here to change the laws of Nigeria, I'm here to either dissolve Nigeria or give those who want to continue or not with the option of being Nigerian or having their own country, the only time total dissolution will be the target is when those who want to continue being Nigerian refuse to mind their business and behave themselves like normal human beings should do, then Nigeria will completely cease to exist...

My mission is to give tribes in Nigeria the choice to choose if they wish to be Nigerians or not or have their own country, I'm not going to force anybody or any tribe to decide what they want or who they want to live with through referendums, the only people who will be forced will be those who want war instead of peace...

Because all I want are peaceful referendum for all tribes in Nigeria.

If men created the constitution, men can also destroy it, the same way men gathered to create it, men can gather to destroy it, it has been happening it is not new even great empires have fallen and Nigeria is not exempted either as a country...

And lastly what are the laws of God that you keep talking about?
PoliticsRe: Mass Defections To Apc Signals Great Health by Brendaniel: 6:50pm On Dec 27, 2025
kayjordan:
No one is above the law - so, when a constitution is created, it is expected that nobody be greater than it. Even if created by men.

The constitution is a physical/secular representation of God's laws. So, as you obey the bible (created by men), you are advised even by the religious institutions to obey the laws of the constitution and also your leaders who execute the law.

If you see division as your peaceful resolution - then it's your candid view. I only see a country that is currently managing it's differences. As long as the laws of the constitution remains supreme over you and your opinion, you only have ONE option of peace: TOLERANCE.

Please tell me how my type supports destruction in Nigeria - It would be interesting to know?
Never you ever say that the constitution is the physical representation of the laws of God, do you know the laws of God?

So you think because men wrote the Bible then it was a creation of man's thoughts?

So you are telling me that what was created by men cannot be destroyed by men?

As long as as it was men who wrote the constitution it can also be destroyed by men to the last letter?

Are you trying to say that those who wrote the constitution are superior to you and me, why should I abide to something that doesn't conform to my ideology, I have every right to resist it, the same way you will resist it if you were in the north and the Shariah constitution orders for you to be beheaded for blasphemy or simply eating when they were fasting, is it not part of the Nigerian constitution for the Shariah states?

Are you going to accept to be beheaded because it is the constitution?

Listen to yourself, why don't you apply the TOLERANCE you talked about up there?

You people hate been realistic, that's why you guys are destroying Nigeria, look at the Nigeria of today, does it look like what normal human beings are governing with the leaders having supporters like you?

Even if we stopped revenue leakage tonight, and our budget for next year was implemeted PROPERLY...that's a paltry 55 trillion naira, which is low for a country our size.

Even our defence budget for this year, for example, it is by God's grace that ISWAP is not ruling the country now. Sometimes I wonder how manage ?

Education budget for this year ending was not up to half of what Harvard spent this year...and we are suppsoed to fund thousands of schools at all levels on that?

Nigeria na broke country. That is why people call for Jerry Rawlings treatment on crooks like Malami. It is not JUST that they are stealing, it is that they are stealing from a poor man's country. It is like one story I heard of a rich girl with twelve sets of underwear, attending one of our boarding schools, stealing the only set of underwear owned by a poor student in the same school. That's how shitty corruption in Nigeria is.
Do you know how to put things in order of priority?

You say even if they block revenue leak the budget will be bla bla bla, they should first block it to show that their serious to Nigerians, so you are saying that if you are filling up a keg and you find out it is leaking, you are saying the first step to take is to increase the input of water going into it while the leaking continues?

Does it make sense to you?

So you expect Nigerians to feel happy that they are throwing their money into a leaking keg? look at the way you reason....

Idris dismissed claims that the tax laws had been altered after being passed by the National Assembly, stressing that the version assented to by President Bola Tinubu remains intact.
“I think it is important for us to wait for the National Assembly to look at this again to tell us whether there were discrepancies or not,” he said.
As far as the government of Nigeria is concerned, there’s only one version of that tax document.”
From one mouth, same lawmakers have come out to say that the copy they have is not completely the same with the one Tinubu signed, the Oluwole president with his Oluwole tax law.

PoliticsRe: NIN, CAC Numbers To Serve As Tax IDs From 2026 — FIRS by Brendaniel: 2:00pm On Dec 23, 2025
They just want to enforce this thing by hook or by crook, the main target from what I feel is the automatic deduction from everybody's account once you hit the taxable thresholds, they don't care again about the TIN or account registration, they know Nigerians will try and reject so instead just enforce deductions through the banks from the CBN governor, all they want is that money.

If his had been about Nigerian airport on Dutch news, you will be here like a toddler crying about how Nigeria is being portrayed terribly on the world stage. Pathetic hypocrites.
The question you should be asking is why Nigeria as a country is used as an example for bad example?

Out of school children is the highest in the world yet we don't have population like China or India, world poverty capital, kidnapping of whole communities even up to school children, government itself without accountability, what exactly is your point here?

That is how you guys make uninformed comments upadan. That the others prefer to stay silent does not mean Taiwo worked alone. Below is a list of the members. This was done 2 years ago.

The reason people are only just reacting to the tax law is that they thought Tinubu is like other presidents who will set up committe upon committe just to reward people with no intention to implement the output of the report from the committee. Now that people realized he is serious, it is only now that they are beginning to read the tax bill, something that has been ongoing for more than 2 years.

DeOTR:
On closer look at the new tax law, most people are going to be paying lesser. It's going to reduce disposable income for those who might be earning N12m above annually, even then, the changes are not that neck breaking. The only gray area is identifying what credit alert is an income. I'm not sure even they know how that's going to play out, but I don't think anyone should tax money movement from one personal account to another or money sent to people as gifts.
I don't think the rich will be able to push their personal tax burdens to production cost. It's not that simple. For corporate entities, maybe, but not personal. With the new tax law, you're going to be paying taxes on company provided accomodations for instance, so I don't see how the rich will successfully push all their personal spendings as corporate.
When they said bandits, kidnappers and prostitutes will pay tax, what comes to your mind?

From what it looks like they plan deducting the tax from everybody's account based on the flow of money once it hits the thresholds for taxation, this is what I call tax banditry, or would they in their right senses expect bandits, kidnappers and prostitutes to walk into a bank or revenue agency to declare or pay their tax for their profession ?

That's why I look at the whole tax law as financial theft and fraud from the government...

I don't know what Nigerians are waiting for or expecting when their country has been destroyed by Tinubu. How foolish and docile can a people be after watching viral videos like the videos below showing how far dead the nation's legislative and judicial arms are but still hold on to the silly phantom hope that they still have a country, that they are in a democracy and still have a say in the affairs of governance. How hopelessly stupid can a people be to continuously treat such a dangerous person like Tinubu with kids gloves when it is clear for the whole world to see that his ultimate aim is to destroy them (Nigerians)....

Sadly, many of them are too naive, thinking that everything okay, waiting to participate in a futile election that is guaranteed not to remove Tinubu but to extend his tenure. There is no way to sugarcoat it, the country called Nigeria is finished.... Tinubu has succeeded in destroying what is left of it. This is a painful truth that many are yet to realize.... If there are still sane people, the appropriate action will be to begin the push for his impeachment and removal from office if not for any other reason but to halt the destruction orchestrated by Tinubu to save human lives.

Nigeria as an entity will not recover from the constitutional damage done by Tinubu (even after he is removed from office) and other past governments since 1999 without a total reset (restructuring) or dissolution of the country. Now is the time to demand for this.
Not like all Nigerians are docile, what you are fighting are ideologies, Tinubu is only a product of one of those ideologies, you see the people attacking you here, they are also products of those ideologies, Tinubu is not the major problem, he is only a product of the problem, when you understand that Nigeria is where it is today because of mostly regional and religious ideological conflict then you will know that even if Tinubu goes, a thousand of his type may rise to do the same thing.

Nigeria was not meant to be a country, what you should be seeking for is the dissolution of Nigeria, how can you help people who don't want to be helped? Look at them around you.
