Saperp i face an almost similar problem. I'm looking to study a course or two,but i want to know which area me I.c.t to go into that came provide job opportunites, especially in nigeria here.
I'm already into web development (javascript and php),but clients and companies recruiting for it,are hard to come by these days.
So i gotta ask,in nigeria what i.c.t field provides the best guarantee for employment.

I wanted to ask. For one who wants to dabble into the I.C.T world. Especially were one wants to get a job with it. What in the field me i t provides an opportunity or guarantee for recruitment.
In lay man's terms which i.c.t course can i do that has opportunities for employment at the end of its training.

Hi all, i went for a test at the above stated company on saturday. A test i decided to answer only 3 out of 15 questions after paying N100 for exam fee and writing the test outside.
I just got a text message sent via an online sms site, that i've passed the test and that i should come to their (store with a photocopy of the company name on top) office. Btw 18-19 for posting.
So i'm just asking has anyone had any dealing with these guys or should i call it scam and take a mobile police unit with me when i'm going there.

Post a topic and the vultures start cycling. Admin no be php with asp way this site was designed in, well place sensorship on some words and some sites to prevent this guys.
Well any who, the ideas placed here are alright but all depends on u lad, what kind of cafe u got,how much space is available to u and what budget ur working with.
If u got space go with food and drinks cos there are guys who will browse at ur cafe 4 hrs, thought make it cheap.
Gsm killed internet calling but why not link a headset to each system and let them call on yahoo messenger or find some free voip service for uk and us, and link it for each system.
And if u got funds, go wireless 24,thats 24hrs and provide those around ur area and charge lower than wat most broadband providers charge(its possible).
Opportunities r abound so check these and use ur head.(not physically).

Men this must be one of the dumbest move i'm made in a long time.

This is dumb,so far only guys. Shows the ladies ain't biting

Hi there, names Brian and yes the romel mean romantic lad. That aside,i've been on the look out that miss right who seems constantly elusive.
She has a good head upon her head, foots a pair of glasses like asha, has an air of control, sophistication, independent and a dab of aggressive nature of letting loosen despite who's around. Oh list i forget she's fine lovely looking but not a drop dead beauty queen.
So please people,if u see anyone like that out there. Please refer her to my number 07035803388.
P.s let her know that despite my looks,i'm not one to play around while holding a delicate heart. Thanks.

I once had a virus on my system that set about attacking and attaching to exe files.
I ran it through every anti virus i could get my hands on, avast, avg, antivirus, avira, eset, panda, mcafe and norton.
No show as the little devil keep either stopped me install them or stayed there even after some of the antiviruses got them.
I thought reformat was my next move till a friend working in indorama gave me what the use for their systems emod and primeriva.
One scan took the whole bad boy and some other files, out cold.
Problem i tried looking for a key for them, cos their 2day and 10day trial. I couldn't find one.
I went to see if i could buy a original copy and found i was a couple of hundred thousand naira short for primeriva and a couple of 10's of thousand short for emod.

Whats up with facebook site on opera mini. I can't get to my home on their main site, each time i try to login in,it takes me straight to mobile home.
Anyone got the same problem or how to solve it,let me know. Cos i got a ton of photo's i want to upload.

Here's another one. Its a lazy work, but i believe i used my pen tool approprately. Also hoping the color of my pic combined well enough wit the background forest image.

Both designs were done with photoshop 7. The second design involves using use pen tool to trace an outline of a pic, instead of using the shape layering option, use use the part option. Next make ur traces on a new layer above ur background layer.
As u create a line with the pen tool, right click on it and click the stroke part option. A small window will open, select brush and tick simulate and that will give u a trace.
Went ur done, just hide or delete the back ground layer.

The first design, involves working with brush colours tend providing a motion or gaussion blur effects, followed by some faded shapes, pen curved triangle layers and an excessive use of layer styles.

No words yet. Ok, this is another tiny piece i worked on. Unlike the last on that took roughly 2 hours to complete, this took less than 45mins. So comments please.

Check out my sights and sounds of eko design. Please comment cos i want to know if as a beginner, i did a good job or total rubbish.

I wanted to ask, between handcoding and dreamweaving. Which is better.

And for those of us that want to becoming better hand coders, should we fling our dreamweavers out the window all together and bootup the good old notepad or ++. Or should keep using it to guide us from making those annoying to find, hidden on line 172 or 321,take a break before u fling the lappy out the window, code errors that notepad does point to or indictate with loving colors or hints.

So lets here ur advise oh great and wise ones.

Well this is a nasty development. If the intend to charge us everyday that would mean we have to empty our account balance each day.
For a sim i hardly use,i think i'll just restrict my free calling and receive for only two times a week to save me cost.
Well we are nigerian's and have been known to outsmart gprs billing systems of some networks, surly someone can give us advise on how to save our money from this seemingly delicious option they have given us.lol

I need to know if there are any coys within LAGOS that supply kernel oil(palm).
I need to know what the price is per truck of 33,000 to 60,000 litres and cost of supply from within and outside lagos.
I also need to know if the supplier or company will accept payment upfront or on delivery. Also how many days it will take to supply a truck.

extra. For those in need of companies to supply to

A lot been said and done under a palm tree.

Some of us grew up around them without any knowledge of the gold mine we took for granted. You might ask, what gold mine? Oh just a N57 Billion industry that keeps waxing strong year in year out.

A business that produces things like our beloved Gbanga soup, palm oil for our others soups, palm kernel oil for our soaps and creams. And a list of other stuff. From animals feeds, to roofing materials and the latest, brake pads.

Don’t blame yourself, even I didn’t know also.

It took a crazy ass decision on my part and the massive help of an uncle, for me to give up the city life and a job as a sales executive in Standard Alliance in 2008. To head back to the village, just to understand this “Old Men’s Business” as they called it then.

And boy was it an eye opener.

In two months, i made over 3 million naira supplying palm kernel, with an initial start-up capital of N684,000. There I was thinking to myself, no wonder its call “old man’s business”.

Some of you know what I am talking about. You grew up with your grandfather or aunty or uncle, who owned large expanse land with a palm plantation, as far as the eyes could see. But of late, everyone else has moved off to the big city. Once a year you head back home, only to use the trees as shade or a lovers spot.

Dude like seriously, that part of a N57 Billion business you are letting go to waste.

So what should you do?

What if I were to take by hand literally and show you what business you can do with the below mentioned palm products.

Palm oil (Red oil)
Palm kernel oil
From Planting, harvesting, milling and supplying of palm oil, palm kernel palm oil to markets and companies around the country from Lagos to Port harcourt.

I will show you how you can get started in these areas
Palm oil production and supply
Palm Kernel production and supply
Palm kernel oil production and supply
What to do with kernel shells and Chaff.
How you can make money on each
The places to go for the products
Which times of the year is best to do business,
Which companies to supply your product.
Plus where to find an export market for your product.

About now you are wondering.

Why in the hell would he be doing this?

Obviously there is a caught?

My reasons, I have had a lot of calls over the years from people asking me about how I got started where I supplied to where I got my products. In each case I have given them the details without asking for a penny.

This is my way of putting it all out there so people can easily get at the information they need rather than always calling me about it.

Secondly, a lot of other people tend to be cryptic, about giving information about this business. They tend to ask you to pays a sum or the other. Heck, you are eventually going to find out the truths and dark secrets of the trade once you get started, why not get to know about it earlier so one can make an informed decision.

I will be posting a list of business opportunities that palm offers. Check back Palm Permutations https://the-ahamefulas.com
