You don't need to show proof of address for student visa and the address on the bank statement doesn't matter but if you feel it might pose a problem, you can update your bank account to show the present Addy. You can't include your sibs in your application. If they want to accompany you, they should apply for another visa provided they are above 18. Yes to your last question. Awhyxlim: 1 Like |

Hello Everyone, Please advise as regards my intent. I applied for SP in July 2020 to study HCA(UnderG Cert)and was refused based on Family ties and Purpose of study. I opted for this program based on my knowledge that I can't do Masters (Finished with 3rd class). After so much research, I found a course - Communicative Disorder Assistant, which is a 1year Post graduate certificate. P.S I have a BSc in Psychology.( Admission requirement is to have a degree in Social science, Human anatomy, etc.) Please advise if I need to refer to my program of choice in the previous application when writing a SOP in this new application OR I should just write my SOP based on the new program and an LOE that I had previously applied for a course. Thank you. |

IMO, if you don't mind, I think PMF would help in the techniques for CO and CE. Although, it has limited questions, I would say you should keep at it because it would really help you. When you feel you have improved, you can subscribe for TEF Académie. It has 15 questions for CO and CE, but you pay $21 for a month subscription ( p.s do this when you have a month to your exam unless you can afford to do another.) It's okay to get a tutor or tef examiner esp for EE and EO, if you haven't gotten one, I can help you with one. By the way, if you don't mind, can we share your PMF in order to have access to it? Wish you all the best. Nowenuse: 2 Likes |

Why don't you hold on until your PR is in the bag. Work on getting that first nah. Also, if you really researched well, you would see that the tuition fees for PR holders and Citizens is far lesser than International students. Moreover, you can apply for grants and loan. As regards question 1, I think you just have to try. Apply and be hopeful. Midapat: |

Oga Ade! I dunno why you're stressing yourself. Someone already responded to your msg an hr ago in the sister thread and you still here with the same question. Ok ooo.. No one has travelled. Pls stay with us in Nigeria. See, I have people whose copr expired due to the lock down and their visa hasn't been extended. The bad part is they resigned even before the lock down and now they are stucked. Why am I saying this, you still have an opportunity. Your question shouldn't be this. Your next question should be the airline so you can book your flight and japa! My 2cent joselum: 18 Likes |

Since u are still under 30, get a master's degree or pgd and ace your IELTS.(LRSW- 8.5, 8, 7.5, 7.5) French is another way to boost ur score. You can start learning french if you can because no one can predict scores next year. Who knows, it might be useful. Cheque cannot fly for POF and you cannot borrow, but you can get a gift deed. Read page 1 of this thread. It will really help you to understand this journey. Leave POF for now. Concentrate more on acing IELTS and getting another degree or cert. Since your NOC is B, leave other stories. confidential20: |

Madam, stop assuming you know me because you don't. I am not here to argue but to tell you personal effort matters and not just by the center. Yes AF teaches, but they will not PUSH you to speak or intensify in your reading after classes. A lot of people finish from AF and can't speak. And it's not their fault because not everyone builds the confidence to speak. I currently have 3 friends who finished from AF(B2), and doing immersion program in a french country to improve their speaking. I'm only countering your point when you said AF is good in Oral, have you heard their students speak? ThatEdoFemme: |

Pls how do you know they are good in oral since you never went there? How many of their students have you met that speaks well? I am a product of AF and attending classes doesn't determine your ability to speak or understand the language, but your additional effort biko. Learning french is not just by the institute, it requires your PERSONAL effort. If you like go to IEF, same noni. My 5 cents. Peace!! ThatEdoFemme: |

Congrats on your result. Get a master's degree. With a master's degree, your crs score will be 471@30 but @29, 478. You can try NOUN master's in information technology ( if your first degree is science related), it's 1yr. If not, get 2or more cert and start learning french because no one knows what the scores would be by the time you are done with your additional cert. My 2 cents . All the best IlesanmiG: 1 Like |
