I mentioned the Federal University he gave to them at dutse ma and the Almajiri schools etc (legacy projects), my colleague retorted that there was nothing on ground in all the 9 federal universities in established in the north. I googled, showed him pictures. I was embarrassed by what come out from the mouth of a Masters degree holder. He said "education was not a priority to the north.
