deliberate hoarding of foreign currencies making it the worst performing currency globally somebody please tell me what treason means again?
What some people don't realise is that no one can ever make our country great but ourselves. In our own little ways we should shun corruption. don't give, don't take. I will deny myself ill gotten wealth because I know it is the right way to live. My aim is not to be the richest man but to show to people that there are honest means to make it. |

I could go on about giving you some advice on forgiveness and all but just to save time just abort him the same way you aborted your children. t'was unwise for you to have multiple abortions tho. who no want pikin make e no do wetin pipo wey want pikin dey do Talk2Bella: I am done for, my boyfriend just told me this morning its over that his mother doesn’t want him to marry me, I think he’s mad, he must be after several abortions in fact he’s very stupid, what should I do? I’d rather kill myself or kill us both.
Its five years and he just realizes he doesn’t want to marry me, how can people be this callous, whenever I got pregnant he would cajole me to abort it, saying it wasn’t the right time and things were not great for him financially, I just did another abortion two months ago now he doesn’t want to marry me anymore, I feel used and suicidal, I won’t go silently.
Talk2Bella.
My dear, you need to calm down and take it easy, don’t get worked up over nothing, not all relationships will lead to marriage, although he might have suggested the abortion you willingly went under the knife so don’t apportion blame to him alone.
Don’t kill yourself and don’t kill your boyfriend, it will help no one, what you should do for now is take time off, go somewhere, leave him be, start over, yes its hard and painful and might seem almost impossible but you will look back to this day and find out he never deserved you.
Just let him go, he’s not worth death or jail time.

you're absolutely correct. one of the top performers in my school (top 5 in world ranking) is a graduate from one of the private unis in Nigeria eyinjuege: Allvyou have said is unfounded. Dumb students are seen in both private and public unis. So you cannot say someone felt disgusted at a student's dissertation. Public unis have become a joke, where even lecturers steal dissertations from others abroad. Many private uni students speak and write better English than a lot of our public uni students, and they communicate better too. I finished from a public uni years ago and felt fly with myself till I went elsewhere, and saw how dissertations are expected to be written, how proper research is carried out. Private units have a better environment to do that than public unis. |

for the records DLondonboiy: What if i told you Buhari did not comeback on Wednesday, he didn't come back on Thursday, he is not coming back today and definitely wont come back on Sunday would you believe me?
Buhari is not strong enough to come back to Nigeria on SUNDAY. I keep asking why keep the nation in the dark? It is now common knowledge that Oga is very sick yet the president's spokepersons keep telling the nation that he is 'hale and healthy'. Even the 'acting president' joined these band of liars, why he made that move i didn't know until now! There is too much lies in the land, even the country was founded on dishonesty.
Why are 'they' lying to you? The simple reason is fear. According to anon, 'they' don't want the AHIDJO-BIYA incident to happen in Nigeria (whatever that means i have no idea).
Why did Osibanjo lie? Osibanjo could have lied for one of two reasons... 1.Maybe he was wrongly advised/threatened, which is very understandable. 2.Maybe he is just very cunny....now that Sunday has been fixed, what do you think what happen WHEN oga doesn't come? chaos? confusion? another lie? military?
5quick ones... 1. OGA IS NOT COMING BACK TO NIGERIA ON SUNDAY. Even though the 'evils' (self acclaimed owners of Nigeria) are begging him to against doc's advise. 2.OGA is very sick and he needs plenty of rest and prayers too, but the 'evils' will not let him rest... 3.Anon said, 'the north would not hand over to Osibanjo in case of any eventualities and they are trying as much as possible to relegate him to the background'. 4.Osibanjo should step up boldly and be the man he is, else.... 5. ....and for the doubting thomases, i believe by Sunday evening, I'd have your maximum attention. SEE YOU ON SUNDAY... |

Sad. No matter how it's spinned, the lecturer is at fault. You cannot have such a demeaning conversation with your student. Legally, he may be able to wriggle out of this but he's broken ethics. The lady was out to ruin him evidently but you can only ruin the randy, an upright lecturer won't be caught in this mess! |

cokoduck: Why do you call them criminals, did they rob you, harm you or rape your mother and sisters? If no why then do you label them criminals? The same people fighting for you and you are calling them criminals just to please the people from infinity and beyond. Last time I checked they did not kidnap anybody. So please they are not criminals but freedom fighters. Thank you sir. Ken Saro Wiwa and Isaac Adaka Boro are freedom fighters. People who exploit the Niger Delta situation to their benefit are part of the problem and therefore are criminal. You cannot say your people are neglected then you get money from the government or oil companies and then keep quiet or reduce your agitation. If they were truly genuine, the past administration would have been put under pressure to attend to the cries, what we saw is that these guys started buying private jets, living in opulence, building universities etc. A freedom fighter won't stop fighting until he's free. |

I am a proponent for non violent conflict resolution. However, past decades has shown that violence draws needed attention. If in 1966 the Niger Delta complained of something and in 2016 they're still complaining of the same thing isn't this an indication that there is a fundamental issue? Leaders at local, state and federal levels have disappointed the Niger Delta greatly. What excuse really do they want to tell the guys thathat Abuja that's not as old as the Niger Delta is millions ahead in development? Clearly, these militants don't trust the government including their own state government. The military can like to level the Delta communities. ...........It will only be a short term solution if the root cause ( not selfish interests) of this issue isn't handled. I read a post here yesterday about the opportunities Nigeria and the Niger Delta in particular are losing with continued violence and I know this is true. But if the militants halt, what assurance do they have that the main issue (not selfish interests) will be attended to? People may think that the militants are getting support of the host communities and the Niger Delta people, but the truth is as a Niger Deltan, I feel pain when I know that the money driving the country comes from my community and we do not feel the benefits. In my community for instance, our river is now like a mud. No fish, no habitation, the place stinks! While growing up, I remember going to the river to swim and fish and sight see........ not anymore. These fundamental issues cannot be swept away, they cannot be killed away. If the government will attend to these issues, the people of the Niger Delta will vomit these guys. Because they are mostly criminal |

If any graduate applies, then that's not our problem. Or is it? I feel you are giving too much attention to the destructive criticisms, in my opinion. I once worked for 15k as a graduate that was because I needed to gain the experience. I am MUCH better for it now as the network, contacts and technical skills gained brought me to one of the top schools in the world for my MSc. Those who value experience will apply. There are those who you can never convince or explain your 'whys' and 'hows' to satisfactorily. |
