This should serve as a lesson to upcoming artistes, before you sign a deal, do proper background check on the record boss and their activities instead of jumping in because of quest to make money and become famous.

I'm  celestine am 31 year of age frm Enugu State Awgu L G A.I have a spine injury @ neck that has have keeps me indoor mostly for d past 15 years.It also affected my hand making me not able to use my finger normally i.e I can't pick up thing from floor.

Lol, I am not wailing but trying to save humanity from exploitations in the name of job offer by the likes of your uncle. I know you are doing your job as the HR and Publicity secretary of the school. However, you don't need to sugarcoat things too much to attract people to consider the offer. A school that cannot afford to pay its teachers up to the small minimum wage doesn't have parents that will want and can afford #1500-#2000 per day personal coaching for their wards as you sounded above. I will advice you source for corps members who are sure of their 33k monthly allowance from the Federal government. With your 18k-20k offer plus the accomodation, corps members will accept it.

What some people don't understand when it comes to teaching in private schools is that they only do quote the salary which if don't do your math carefully you won't know that what most teachers enjoy in private schools is extra coaching. I have a guy teaching in one private school in Ibadan. A man in government establishment gave them teaching employment and manufacturing slots jobs in the Same church. This guy refused to leave the private school for government job. I was blaming him until I got to know that what he makes as earning in that private school is times two of what government is paying workers. Imagine a class of like 35 students for extra daily coaching. He is collecting 200 naira per head. Daily he made 7k just for coaching. This is what most private school teachers will not tell you. Some of them are better of than you sitting under air conditioning with tie and suit.

Stop luring people into your father abi your uncle's school. See how you are sounding like parents will be compelled to pay for the so called daily coaching for their wards.
A school that cannot offer teachers the meagre Nigeria minimum wage doesn't have parents that can afford your imaginary daily coaching fees. How much is the school fees of the school that daily coaching fees alone is 1500-2000 naira?

NO. Take a stroll to the school tomorrow to pick up their form for your kids. The school is very affordable for parents who want private school with standard. The current situation of Nigeria and the world at large made it very unsafe to send a 7 year old child on an errand. In our days, at 7 we were already crossing many streets that could be as far as 5km to go play football matches, do street hawking and that made us so strong and street smart now. Thesame cannot be said of this generation of children. You will see a 16/17/18 years old students of high school who wait for their parents to follow them to and fro their JAMB UTME centres. Majority of nowadays children which some of us call *Estate children* don't even know the streets around them, they cannot do anything serious on their own without the help of their parents. The highest they can do is tik tok and snap chats in the comfort of their home.

I was employed into the Nigeria Civil Service with HND.Recently,National Board for Technical Education NBTE in collaboration with some foreign University came up with a program where you can top-up your HND to B.Sc in one year.I have already started my application but I have some concerns. Some of the foreign Universities I saw on the site are based in India.
Now my question is can I use a certificate I obtained online to do my career Conversion?
