press, alt, ctrl and delete key together to go to task manager, under the app processes tab, disable the chromium if you see it listed there, and under the start up apps tab, disable the chromium, if you still see it listed there.

I think that chromium is like an extension of chrome browser or a form of chrome browser, you should uninstall every components attached to that chromium from the list of programs under the control panel setting. you should disable the app from background processes, disable it from startup programs, from the task manager.
