I don't blive d north is behind, propagandar from d north 2 continue d uneven distribution of federal allocation and holding on 2 power. D S East is d area behind. Bad roads, education expensive while other parts of d country ve free primary & secondary education, tuition in s eastern public universities 7 times what is been paid in d north. Throughout my study in d university i never recieved or heard that govt of any level supporting students of d region, but my fellow students from other areas receiving annual financial support from their state govt.t from their state govt.

But, we ve not recognised d reality on ground. Things re not working in nigeria. It seems d people who ve overcomed hardship re those who have brought it on d masses. 18k a month, sbody earning 18k in lagos will never live in a decent apartment in his life, not 2 talk of ever owning a house. 2day's paper said less than 30% of 1.5million candidates who sat 4 last jamb/utme can nigeria grant admission, other have been taxed 4 nothing of money spent throughout d process. I don't blame people who refuse 2 come back, because me d hope that is making me not 2 take drastic decisions is fast dwindling.
