It's pathetic that people like you still try hard to make a criminal look legitimate
Typical of a cretin. You call someone criminal but have no single convinction record of the individual.
You could have enjoyed your foolishness alone but that you insult others for not joining in your foolishness is what is sickening to me.
Enjoy and comment your delusions alone. Don't insult your fathers for not sharing your depravity.

Mr. Omokri, if President Tinubi actually passed through CSU and graduated from there, why won't the school authenticate the replacement certificate? If certificate is merely a ceremonial document In the united States, and also a Nigerian thing as said by Caleb, the school registrar, and he is very sure that Tinubi was their past student, why not confirm the certificate he submitted to inec then?
Omokri, a typical Nigerian politician. He has quickly deserted Atiku to Tinubi.
Why should CSU confirm a document they didn't issue? They wrote that it was issued by 3rd party. So if you want to authenticate that, go to the 3rd party!
Can UNILAG authenticate a document from WES?
They did thier part; confirmed he graduated from CSU.
If unsatisfied go to court!

If Apc can come out openly to defend a career criminal like Tinubu, even with these overwhelming evidence, then what moral right does it have to fight crime.
The message it is passing to the younger generation is that crime pays, and that criminals should not be condemned but rather worshipped and celebrated.
My take is this, if Tinubu escapes this, then Nigeria is beyond hope.
Perjury is criminal case. If you are convinced that he's a "career criminal" and you have "overwhelming evidence", GO TO COURT!

The same school said third parties issue replacement certificate (It's in thier deposition). So how do we expect them to confirm what they didn't issue. If you want to confirm the certificate given to INEC, go to the 3rd party. Haba! How is that calling the certificate forged?
Goal is just to embarrass and distract BAT. Opposition is thoughtless! We need some serious people to act as opposition.

Something has come to light in all of this, Nigeria is a very sick place to live in. People will copy and paste narratives without reading to see where it indicts them and run contrary to what they're trying to push. They keep trying to tell us Tinubu is a male and attended CSU, when in fact, those facts have never been in contention, not with Gani or Keyamo or even Atiku. It's all been about his academic credentials (school history and certificates). Sadly, the morons up there didn't see where CSU disowned the certificate Tinubu submitted to INEC which louds what has been obvious to all: FORGERY. We can argue the meaning of 'AND', in our constitution, but the world now have evidence of Tinubu's forged certificate archived in the Internet, and has also been backed up by CSU's deposition. While you keep celebrating he attended CSU and had 1st class in accounting, remember that the world now sees the average Nigerian as a criminal. Our laws may do nothing to him, but what better way to demystify an acclaimed demigod. What a shame.
Some people sound like retards yet they gloat in thier folly. How can we expect CSU to confirm what was not submitted to them.
Okay. His graduation or grade is not in contention So what is? Discrepancies in the certificates submitted? Here is CSU taking responsibilities for the discrepancies; that it could be due to human error (under oath).... and for the umpteenth time. Urh!
We'll just wait for the court to do it's work. Tired to engage any zombie jor.

There's an AFFIDAVIT deposed by CSU (by one Craig) in the court that even accepts that any error on the certificate could be an human error by thier staff. So what is the issue?
So you agree he went to the school, he has lost his certs, school has indemnified inconsistencies. But you're still not sure he's the same person?
This is why opposition in Nigeria irritates me. They lack thinkers esp that PDP! we've given up on Obedients b4!

IfnobeGod20:

Mr. Man,there are never a time Atiku claimed Tinubu never graduate from CSU but he is particular about the differences and discrepancies in the certificates same university claimed to have issued that bear different date of award, date of birth, and sex. Have you looked keenly on the transcript posted on this thread having same discrepancies, the date of birth of Tinubu on the transcript is reading 1954 while Tinubu's INEC form date of birth reads 1952. You will equally see that his sex on the transcript bears female. Thankfully, the university had agreed that "it could be human mistakes" but vehemently refused to swear on oath in court to sanctify his claims.
The university just trying to play save as not be sanction by the US authority for such monumental error. But let us see how they will wiggle their way out of this in a system that works like US.
If they own up to the error, it is a big problem for them, it means lack of competence and it will reduce the rating of the university but if they deny the errors to have emanated from them, Tinubu will be in big soap. Let us see what will happen as the judge gives final decision.
So that affidavit by Caleb is not on oath? I don't dwell on trivialities. Good luck. We will be here when all is settled just like 25%FCT.

Please can you show me where the school took responsibility for the errors in Tinubu's certificate. I want to see it. The last response, their lawyer said he cannot sworn an oat to say the error was from the school but later claimed the Diploma certificate was just ceremonial. As that result to taking responsibility please?
Read the deposition by Caleb Westberg on page1 of this thread. Items 4&5.
The point is regardless of any error, the main subject of Atiku's enquiry,IMO, is to compel CSU to produce BAT's certificate , to prove that he graduated from the school or otherwise. Any case of discrepancies can only be filed in a Nigerian court not US court as the Perjury charge can only be in the context of Nigerian court/INEC process (where he "Supposedly filed" certificate with discrepancies under oath)

Abuse does not win cases. You can abuse from now till kingdom come, it won't change the fact. And if you think I had ever said Tinubu didn't go to Chicago State University, I challenge you to bring it out and I will safely apologize. I am waiting for that. Even petitioners that are challenging his certificates have never said he didn't attend Chicago State University but the inconsistencies have been the main issue and someone like me have never said he didn't. Those saying he never went to Chicago State University are people that doesn't follow Atiku's and Obi's petition but only playing normal politics that you people are playing, just the way you people are spreading about that Obi had third class.
I will advise that you should grow up and stop throwing tantrum when discussing in an intelligent forum like this.
What are you going on about? He went to the school but presented inconsistent certificate to INEC? And somebody went to US to complain that inconsistent certificate was submitted to INEC? so that a US court can do what? Does that even make sense to you?
Ok. Now that the school has taken responsibility for any inconsistency in the documents, is there still an argument?
And you will still be arguing like you know something. Na that part dey thrill me.

You should be intelligent enough to know that morality and legality are not the same. A man can kill you and still go free in court if the judge feels your family did not prove that he killed you or broke a law. It doest change the fact that you were murdered

INEC might have escaped at PEPT court but lost in the court of public opinion
Maybe public opinion of losers. Just wear the hat of the winner (or apolitical) for once and judge the same issue.
This is not about morals or morality. Your anecdote is not apt. It's common sense.
INEC has discretion over how to collate result or even conduct election. It is written in black and white.
PO should know if he's contesting! That's why he's a politician and I'm not. I absolutely support him testing it in court (whether lower or higher); but when judgement is given, stop acting as the victim! Else he's a victim of his crass ineptitude or ignorance. That's the point.
Politics / Re: INEC’s Failure To E-Transmit Results Has Broken Nigerians’ Trust – Laolu Akande by Buccalcavity2: 12:16am On Sep 09, 2023
In one breadth, you said no law was broken, meaning the election was carried out according to the law of the land. In another, you are castigating INEC. Why the duplicity?
Yes INEC said I will use IREV but you (parties & individuals) also know that INEC can do otherwise, which is what the court affirmed (and you agreed that no law was broken).
If you are saying that you are not aware of that, then you are incompetent to win too. Afterall election should be won by the most popular candidate who played according to the rules!
Was your winning contingent on IREV?Common! You have physical copy of election result to prove you won! So whats the argument! Stop dwelling on trivialities!
Go home and restrategize. Come back and win.
Now I agree that "He who cannot bear the pain of election loss does not deserve the joy of election victory".

Look, try to discuss at your level of competence. Do not jump into every discussion because data has become cheap.
Shey people who received these remittances from abroad spent them in Ghana?. When they pay hospital fees, tuition fees, buy at the markets, pay T-fare, buy gala and coke, how much VAT do you think they paid?. What is the definition of income in your mind?.

How much of that money do the manufacturing industries pay as taxes to the government?.

Do you even have any idea what a monthly remittance of over $2 billion is to today's Nigerian economy?. What was your national budget in 2021 and what percentage of that budget does $25 billion represent?.

Too many questions, I agree, but I'm trying to jumpstart your knucklehead. Some of you go just open mouth waah, dey talk nonsense. Oluwole economists smiley. Na free oil money wey una "govno" dey go Abuja collect monthly I blame.

Nigeria can easily earn $100 billion a year in remittances from abroad if the government develops and exploits a carefully structured program to export our unemployed graduates trained under our subsidized tertiary education (mis)system.

Our population is exploding and so is the number of youths, both educated and uneducated, entering the workforce every year. In a non-producing country like Nigeria, what is the plan to avert a looming national youth unemployment disaster that will soon engulf this country?.

I do not get time today, chuck mouth for my matter another time wey I get a few minutes to spare make I educate you and your fellow ITK comrades.
Many words no substance. Brevity is the soul of wit.
VAT is FG revenue. How is diaspora remittance FG revenue is the question not how can it be turned to revenue. Empty skull!
The thread is about fiscal matters

If production improved how come oil sector contracted in Q2?
If fx demand for fuel has reduced, how did that not impact exchange rate. Why are dollar bills demand not met yet?
How soon will the fg refineries and Dangote refinery come on board to eliminate fx demand for petrol import?

Lastly, where is the policy plan on expenditures from subsidy saving
