I'm a forex expert trader
I sit in my house 8 hours daily
And make $150 ~$200. I told them
That if they elected Tinubu, his govt
Will favour me and pauperise them.
They laughed and rigged the election.

I make a minimum $4,500 monthly from forex. That's N5.4 million by Tinubu's exchange rate of N1,200/$. Me, my wife & daughter spend N550,000 monthly on good food and mediocre. We're balling. I'm told exchange rate will soon hit N1,700/$. I'm sooo happy to receive this good news. Surely, cost of living will continue to rise and life will continue to be hell for those who chose liars.

I'm working hard to raise my monthly profit to $7,000. Its not easy but I will do it. $4,500 isn't easy either. I started by losing until I became good at forex.

I just want the exchange rate to hit N3,000/$. Therefore I'm begging Tinubu to continue the way he's going, its favouring me. The only money I have in Naira is the monthly upkeep, every other dime is in my domicilliary account and in digital currency. Let's do this and see how the next 4 years will ne.

I encourage every Obidient to learn to trade forex. It"s difficult but don't give up, just keep learning and practising. It is a goldmine once you understand the market and you have a profitable strategy. I thank God that Buhari's ineptitude and harsh economy pushed me to abandon courtroom advocacy to learn other things 6 years ago.

Pls learn other skills let us laugh while they're crying for food.

The judiciary isn't working properly

Many tenants in residential buildings are living in houses without paying house rent for 1-5 years.

The landlords are tired. But who has funds and energy to go to court and spend 5-7 months to try and evict a tenant?

In the USA. It takes less than two weeks to evict a tenant who defaults in rental payment.

The situation of non-payment of rent is compounded by factors such as governmental abuse of workers wherein govt owes civil servants salaries for several months.

Another factor is here in Nigeria, we are more tolerant of people's circumstances, nothing concern your landlord for UK say your mama die and you need money to bury am.

Truth be told, if this whole nonsense can happen on the island, where we believe there's a modicum of sanity, I wonder what on earth will be happening on the mainland, where disorderliness is the order of the day.

I believe it's about time, LASG shift their focus to the mainland, particularly those living in Alimosho, Ifako/Ijaiye, Oshodi/Isolo local government areas.

Many of the people living in those LGA think it's their God given right to misbehave and do whatever they like.

People just erect gates indiscriminately on the street across the state. Access roads that are meant to ease traffic are all gated, yet Lagosians complain of traffic jam everyday.

Some of these estates actually constructed or upgraded those street roads when it should have been the government. So why won't they gate them?

Lekki Phase 1 was developed by the Lagos State Government (New Towns Development Authority). It was planned by the government. It doesn't matter if you helped them to build the road, it is owned by the government. Unless the road is within a private estate, it is a public road. All those gates that were removed are on public roads. Anything else is illegal and will be a distortion of the masterplan.
