Actually, the area of Nigeria some wish to be known as Biafra ought to be doing these things now because that is what would allow them to split.

Instead, they behave like Unoka!

It apparently is a market at "Kanu State in Nigeria, according to Kenya social media", though those bus colours look Lagos to me.

Anyone here want to blame the local authority and the people living there for not holding the local authority to account, or shall we as usual just say "na bubu"?

It is Northern leaders who fail Nigeria. If they insist their followers go to school as Sanusi advocated there'd be fewer of them causing havoc on the streets!

Buhari promised. He should be held responsible for failing in that promise.
This is my problem with you. You trusted their promises so you are responsible! And I'm afraid you will make the same mistake come 2023.

Hopefully, you will learn the lesson that you should never ever trust the promises of a politician again. They are not gods! And even the gods must be questioned and diligently scrutinised before you place your faith in them. And if you don't, you are just a wailing lazy fuq, and I have no sympathy for you whatsoever!

Truth is Buhari can't do much in terms of security, security is a collective effort and the willingness of people from different backgrounds and religion to come together to live in peace.

I was at the cafe recently then overheard two igbo guys discussing, one of the guys said "I swear na Yoruba be our problem for this country, na them help Buhari to dey rule us, if to sey I get bomb I go eliminate them"...I was just dumfounded after hearing this.

How can a divided nation live in peace?
Don't mind us. Instead of taking responsibility, lazy fuqs will be wailing "na bubu", as if bubu would come and tie their hands for thinking and doing evil.

They were shouting amotekun the other day, and one might have thought they were finally organising, if not for the fact that they were just politicising. Do I need amotekun before I and my community stand together against villains?

Well, not in my Orolu Kingdom. We have Fulani, and they have herds, but dem never born dem papa and mama for them to be terrorising us on our fatherland because they know we too like to do Oro and use their herd for Cow Festival!

As we say in the Kingdom, ki ni a fi oro se ni ilẹ wa!

In ones present state of consciousness. Why would you loose the power of your bargain by giving the information for free, what has doing free stuff for Nigeria benefitted me for over 20 years
Same thinking of the one who built a road. He too got the contract after 20 or so years of free labour with no benefits and will not now build the road for free.

Fact is, one will eat from one's labour. Just don't do what they do in my local government where mending of Janta-Jamodo Road is budgeted every year and Janta-Jamodo Road is never mended.

Basically, don't even fight for your rights even if you are in the right?! I guess martians will come from Mars to stand up for our rights. In fact, I know a song making fun about that!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pbhMnYyHnuE

La la la la
My people self they fear too much
We fear for the thing we no see
We fear for the air around us
We fear to fight for freedom
We fear to fight for liberty
We fear to fight for justice
We fear to fight for happiness
We always get reason to fear:
We no wan die
We no wan wound
We no wan quench
We no wan go
I get one child
Mama dey for house
Papa dey for house
I wan build house
I don build house
I no want quench
I want enjoy
I no wan go
Ah!
So policeman go slap your face
You no go talk
Army man go whip your yansh
You go they look like donkey
Rhodesia they do them own
Our leaders they yab for nothing
South Africa they do them own
Them leave sorrow, tears and blood

And for those who'd like an alternative view to looking like donkey, here's a song for us too.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X2W3aG8uizA

Most people think
Great God will come from the skies
Take away everything
And make everybody feel high
But if you know what life is worth
You will look for yours on earth
And now you see the light
You stand up for your rights. Jah!

In reply Jesus said: “A man was stuck in a river".

"A photographer stood there taking photos while an orangutan saved the man".

“Which of these do you think was a neighbor to the man stuck in a river?”

The expert in the law replied, “The one who had mercy on him.”

Jesus told him, “Go and do likewise.”

Witnesses who share their faith openly not only face possible infection from the dangerous respiratory disease caused by the virus, but also could be subject to potential persecution by authorities, as well.
One could argue that they are being irresponsible and deserve to be prosecuted since they could be spreading the virus by not remaining in their homes. But, at least they are giving out physical Jesus masks, and not just yelling, "The Kingdom of God is at hand"!

Politics › Re: When Shall We Get The Next Alert From Our Ancestors? by budaatum:
Nigerians had some time ago, been described as the happiest people in the world. Don’t ask me what parameters were used to arrive at that conclusion, but we all lapped it up and glowed in the attention that came with it.

Another was about Unoka, the good-for-nothing father of Okonkwo, the hero of the book. He was said to have earlier gone to consult the oracle not too long after his own father had died. The oracle, as the story went, informed Unoka that his dead father wanted him to sacrifice a goat to him. Unoka retorted brusquely and asked the Oracle to find out from his father, who was asking for a goat, whether he ever had a fowl when he was alive.
We should ask you what parameters were used to arrive at that conclusion! Would it be the five skulls taken as trophies, or the brutal useless slaughter of Ikemefuna for a crime of his kinsmem?

But that's by the by. Here's a correction. It was not Unoka who was asked to sacrifice a goat to his father, but Obiako.

"Obiako has always been a strange one," said Nwakibie. "I have heard that many years ago, when his father had not been dead very long, he had gone to consult the Oracle. The Oracle said to him, 'Your dead father wants you to sacrifice a goat to him.'

Do you know what he told the Oracle? He said, 'Ask my dead father if he ever had a fowl when he was alive.' Everybody laughed heartily except Okonkwo, who laughed uneasily because, as the saying goes, an old woman is always uneasy when dry bones are mentioned in a proverb. Okonkwo remembered his own father."
Things Fall Apart, Page 15

Unoka had simply been told he was a lazy fuq, and should "Go home and work like a man."

"Every year," he said sadly, "before 1 put any crop in the earth, I sacrifice a cock to Ani, the owner of all land. It is the law of our fathers. I also kill a cock at the shrine of Ifejioku, the god of yams. I clear the bush and set fire to it when it is dry. I sow the yams when the first rain has fallen, and stake them when the young tendrils appear. I weed -- I”; “Hold your peace!" screamed the priestess, her voice terrible as it echoed through the dark void. "You have offended neither the gods nor your fathers. And when a man is at peace with his gods and his ancestors, his harvest will be good or bad according to the strength of his arm. You, Unoka, are known in all the clan for the weakness of your machete and your hoe. When your neighbours go out with their axe to cut down virgin forests, you sow your yams on exhausted farms that take no labour to clear. They cross seven rivers to make their farms,- you stay at home and offer sacrifices to a reluctant soil. Go home and work like a man." Page 13

And there is my response to ALEX OTTI, which I shall email to him.

We Nigerians need to stop being lazy fuqs offering sacrifices to reluctant soil and waiting for alerts from dead ancestors.

We living Nigerians must cross seven rivers to go cut down virgin forests with our axes then sow our own yams ourselves. That, after all, is what the likes of Dangote do. Dangote is clearly at "peace with his gods and his ancestors", as in, he does what he does according to the dictats of the gods. And we all can witness the size of the yams that he harvests.

FactBoyz:
.. My problem is Nigerians and how they think. From 2015-2019, it was crystal clear nothing was working under Buhari yet some people voted him in again in 2019 as per let the suffering continue.. Nigerians can be so dumb when it comes to making choices for the right leader.
It must be very difficult for you to consider that Nigerians are not dumb, and that they chose Buhari because something was working under Buhari. Perhaps you think every Nigerian is suffering, when the truth is hardworking Nigerians don't have the time nor a reason to be wailing because they are far too busy putting food on their tables and making Nigeria great.

Its easy to forget the past, I guess, when lazy fuqs were going off with ghanamustgo bags full of dollars they hid in their soakaways. And now that their daily bread does not fall into their mouths from the national cake and they have to work to eat, of course you must wail.

Truth be told is the last election did not provide us with a choice of a good leader. It gave us a choice of the person who would rape and plunder Nigeria the least and that was obviously Buhari, and smart Nigerians chose him because they want something left come 2023 when we may have a choice of a good leader.

That other guy would be selling NNPC by now and you'd all be eating your futures and rejoicing!
