EmperorCaesar:They can or might not have done the work that you might have done, so it is remiss of you to think they are worth what you are worth. Please do not underrate or belittle yourself by failing like they might. |
The gods have provided. Enjoy. |
cococandy:It frustrates me that many don't see this, but Christ always reminds me to forgive everyone for they know not what they do. I can't forgive the resident stupid idiot though, for he definitely does know the evil he does, and that is just not forgivable despite the fact my not forgiving him makes it certain that I will indeed burn in the hottest part of hell. Trust me bemeruca, when I am burning in hell, my only delight and joy is you will be feeling the hell fire more than I would because of your surprise at ending up in hell right there with me, because there is absolutely no way any god would let your evil lying stupid ignorant idiot sort in its peaceful beautiful heaven so you can catch your useless trolling cruise and dabaru the entire heaven as you dabaru here. |
Bag of onions (about 30) was £3 at Deptford Market yesterday. The 3 peppers were a pound and the 3 plantain was £2.
|
bemeruca:As in, if your boys were raped and abused by any religion, I would attack those who abuse them instead of joining you in cutting off their abusing diqs and kicking their asses straight to hell? Would I also be attacking those who expose the abuse of my own children instead and then make excuses for the criminals too, or is it your opinion that I don't care about your own children's welfare as much as I do care about my own children's because I am a stupid idiot like you are? |
raumdeuter:I do not agree that "Religion is restrictive". When atheist non-believing me reads about Jesus, I see a person who introduced a religion that tried to free people from those who try to restrict others with religion. Thing is, religions teach people, and especially the ignorant who indeed do need to be restricted from their base human natures of hatred and ignorance, to use their own minds just as Eve and Jesus Christ did, if we but understood what we read in our religion books and abandon our childish ways and practise what is taught. In fact, its like communism, and capitalism, and conservatism and liberalism and many other isms. One can focus on there bad aspects and either adopt them as restrictive, or one can note their good bits and use them to create what can best be referred to as the Kingdom of God on earth and in our countries and right here amongst us in this thread. We are after all, or at least can be, the salt of Nairaland if we tried to let the gods be our guide. |
cococandy:I don't believe in gods. In fact, I don't only not believe, I know gods do not exist and are the amazing creations of human beings. The world would be much worse and full of stupid idiots if there were no churches and mosques and other religious institutions to teach what they teach. I can't after all not see how horrible we would all be if we were not taught to love our neighbours even though we often fail. For that reason, I'm taking my family to church (of England) tonight as I'm certain to be far too lazy to bother waking us all up to go tomorrow. Mohammed is a prophet, Buddha is an amazing teacher, and Christ lives only when I don't stupidly crucify him in and with my ignorant heart and soul and mind.

basilico:I think I don't call you a stupid idiot because I believe that you are at least capable of determining if the above is as true as you make it out to be and that you can admit it, unlike the resident stupid idiot who most definitely is brain dead. |
cococandy:The Archbishop of Canterbury recently resigned because he did not take action against a paedophile priest. https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c4gvpyzxvjpo There are those asking for the resignation of the Archbishop of York too. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2024/dec/22/archbishop-of-york-stephen-cottrell-david-tudor-case. And the former Canterbury had to resign as a priest. https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2024/dec/18/george-carey-former-archbishop-of-cantebury-resignation-church-sexual-abuse-case-bbc-investigation-david-tudor-ntwnfb There will also be [another] review of safeguarding because of the scandals or the Church of England will just become emptier. The recommendations of the review will apply to all religious organisations, including Islam, Hindu etc, and anywhere else of similar child-adult structure.

basilico:These particular fuhggots must be castrated. And I mean, their diqs and balls should be cut off without anesthetics, after which I'd want them kept alive in an all male prison for a long while. Do know however that that is not a punishment for gay people who are not child molesters and or abusers. Basically, not all gays are fuhggots. |
basilico:Merry Christmas Basilico. |
triplechoice:"Sexual abuse is an intentional act", is like you claiming you raped me only if you intended to rape me, and if you didn't intend to rape me but raped me any way, it is subjective of me to claim you raped me, and if its not in a "very tight space" its not even rape. I hopefully do not need to say I see it different. triplechoice:There is a lot of evidence of sexual abuse in her story. She after all narrated that her 6 year old daughter was raped by her own son. And that's apart from her own sexual assault of her daughter. For your information, sexual abuse and rape can be subjective, and thankfully, it is subject to the abused or raped person, regardless of what the raper or abuser may think or the space in which the person raped or abused. If it wasn't subjective, and if it was down to the abuser or raper, a sexual abused and raped person would not have a valid allegation. triplechoice:There is no requirement for you to accept anything I say, Triple, and neither are you under any obligation to. Since your subjectivity is equally as valid as my own subjectivity as far as I am concerned, my poison does not have to be your poison. |
Educate, if you can please, why after everything that had been created was good, some people then wrote that "The Lord God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to work it and keep it. And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, “You may surely eat of every tree of the garden, but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.” Also, if you can, explain the implication of this further creation. Thank you in advance. Ref: https://www.nairaland.com/6795272/reeves-pass#106610434 |
The budget’s reliance on borrowing raises red flags. At $33.13bn in dollar terms, the 2025 budget is lower than the $38bn 2022 budget, reflecting the naira’s depreciation.I hope no one fails to see that we are much 'richer' and budget much 'more' per person than some countries do. South Africa population 63 million Budget $106bn Egypt population 116 million Budget $110bn Nigeria population 236 million Budget $33.13 I made it bold blue for the blind. |
My sister told me about an interview for a job she had. After she left, she was ashamed at how many times her answers to question included what she had learnt from her mother, and she thought, better luck next time. Then she got home and got a call asking when she could start please. She was so surprised that she actually asked the employer if they were sure. And the employer was so surprised that she did not know how well she had aced the interview. My point is, a lot can be told about your psychology and philosophy to work from just your attitude and the choice of words you use to express yourself. And don't forget we already will have your application form that says quite a lot about you. |
Some guys, pigs usually, think their beauty and attractiveness is in how they look on the surface or the rich car they drive and the money in their wallet, and don't realise some women see the quality of your heart and your soul.
|
Obrigardo:Basilico should take a step backward and look and think? Personally, I think you are a joker if you think he's capable of looking at himself and thinking at all, but much worse is the stupid idiot who hasn't even got a functional brain in his skull. |
I should watch a video that claims "Dangote Wants Nigeria Dead" after he just almost $20b building a refinery in Nigeria? I want to hope the title is a joke, but I can't spend the time to find out, so please someone who does kindly let me know if it is or not before I mention how stupid Asari must be. |
MaxInDHouse:Church may be where 'we' learn. Out in the world amongst the neighbours where Christ sent his disciples is where being the salt of the earth that is learnt is practised. Peace. |

On the assumption that the Lord's tabernacle is the Lord's tent which must be in heaven where the Lord lives....

Sirchiboy:It is failure mentality to think Nigeria owes you.

JuanDeDios:She is a helluva great mother. Bad maintained kerosene stoves if you asked me, because now you remind me, we did use a kerosene stove at times. Had to burn full blue flame though, as yellow flame, which incidentally is a waste of fuel, is not as hot so wouldn't help get the pressure. |
Do beards make people terrorists? |
Hellisreal70:Same thing. I guess I'm old schooled. In fact, "pressure pot" is rather new to me, as we called what does look like a pressure pot a pressure cooker. |
JuanDeDios:Pressure cookers don't work well on a kerosene stove I don't think, and most have only recently advanced to gas. Been using one since mid 70s myself, as grew with ma using one from before I was born. She's what you'd call alaroro. I think that's because we were not wealthy, and she had daughters to feed and pad and not be tempted by pigs. No light in rooms no one's in, and lantern instead of matches. Food on the dinning table without fail though, but god help you if your cutlery is missing. |
Are they are eating your healthcare! https://wolfstreet.com/2024/12/19/census-bureau-revises-up-population-growth-8-million-in-3-years-due-to-immigration-total-us-population-340-million/ The U.S. population grew by nearly 1.0% between 2023 and 2024, according to the new Vintage 2024 population estimates released today by the U.S. Census Bureau.
|
Mohisah:I am not angry, lol. Its not like you will come to my house and cook my beans how I'd rather not now. Or would you? Just that gas and pressure cookers are not as risky as you are making out, and I'd not like the false opinion that they might be to prevail without dispute. Its like if claimed the earth were square, you need not be angry when you say otherwise. Though, to be honest, you ought to want to come and kick my ass after asking if my school fees were paid in full. |
banom:Actually, what you are saying is you and I and every other current Nigerian can never be productive enough so our economy is worth what is projected. And I personally beg to differ. For while you and I might be lazy fuqs who look up to heaven for manna, I'm certain our children and grandchildren would be smarter and wiser and work much harder than you do with the sweat on their brows. And even though you might not be putting in the effort to teaching them, the future of hardship you will leave for them will make them learn to be better. Or just die, of course, so there's no Nigeria at all. |
Mohisah:I guess you can stick to charcoal or wood and a clay pot to avoid risk. Just know we are not "playing around gas cooker", we are cooking beans with it. And not every one is so afraid of the risk of living or is willing to bear the expense of not innovating. |
