I may be wrong but his proposal was not keenly accepted especially across the Southern parts due to what most considered as policy flaws- the feelers were he was making it mandatory for States to carve out land for this, the arms bearing and safety issue was not properly addressed. Also, his government was viewed as sentimentally aligned to the north and the south didn't see how it woukd truly favour them. Plus the spate of killings by BH and herdsmen (attacking farmers in the SW) was just still too fresh for a lot of southerners to align themselves with it. It was just the right idea, wrong approach and wrong timing I guess.

I have experienced similar stuff, but when I moved the plants to a different location in the open land, they did great and brought out fruits amazingly. So I had to research what happened.

I intend to plant weed too, but outdoors as it wont have full spectrum of stimulants and catalyst if not exposed to full spectrum of sunlight.

So, mine have to be outdoors, there are people I need to buy out from neighbouring plots and break down the buildings before I do that, cos they are quite talkative.

Due to my realization that these organic fruits have solve my blood pressure issue, I wanna build my retirement home on the acreage and live in the homestead. Mine is within the capital but I was lucky to see a flood terrain with lake and stream so every rainy season, the flood will always bring in organic manure for the crops. You can find such location and you are guarantee organic farming without chemical fertilizers and set up irrigation system for all year farming. It is amazing life cjhanging experience to have your own tree crops and animals and eating organic crops. This morning I had ripe plantain and ripe banana and i just peeled the yellowish skin and eat them raw. This is heavenly feeling.

There is no greater peace of mind that building a homestead that can last multigenerational for kids and grand kids with enormous spaces for out door sporting events. That is the life that most billionaires crave for, and few like IBB, Ned, OBJ and Shagari and GEJ have it. You can have a complete amazing lifestyle and be wealthy. Having money does not mean you must disconnect from nature.
