Trump campaigning in tax cuts is not vote buying as he was only stating what he will do if elected which was what many Americans want.... In the case of Nigeria, vote buying is criminal act were voters are paid by politicial party agents to vote for their candidates.... you can not compare that to Trump campaigning about tax cuts.....

Again, you are wrong as Nigeria's 2015 presidential election was one of most credible since 1999 by Jonathan's government... this was made possible because Jonathan personally did not want meddle in the election.... Unfortunately, subsequent presidents did the opposite and abused their incumbent powers.... As I said in my earlier post, Nigeria's president have god-link powers as far as elections are concerned because certain constitutional loopholes like for example in the appointment of the INEC chairman and the appointment of CJN (Chief Justice)..... Such loopholes will mean that a person with dubious character like Tinubu who has no regards for the law can easily abuse it to ensure election results favor his party and government..... This is why no amount votes cast by Nigerians against APC can can remove them from power..... Above all, I came to the final conclusion that Nigerians were better off in a highly decentralized governing system not because of elections riggings or corrupt government but because of the systemic injustice that exists as result of the tribal religious sentiments that are rooted in the culture of the major tribes in Nigeria which have been the bane towards uniting the nation since independence....
