I guess the elite must eat and drive better cars and export themselves for better health and education while the rest of Nigerians stay at home crying that hunger is killing them.

The elite are after all two headed and must be saved at all cost to and by the plebs just as slaves must sweat to feed their masters.

One golden thing i learnt this year is data, I met a local farmer that showed me a collection of 1page calenders for all the locations his farms are, he just ticks the day it rains in dat area and this has been the tool he uses to time his planting.....

What his calender revealed to me is Golden,from dat day onward, i have started marking mine

That's probably why we refuse to sell crude oil to Dangote in Naira. We need the dollars to import food we can not grow for ourselves.

We shall starve when we run out of dollars, but I'm certain IMF will give us some more dollars to feed us at a cost.

Military rule was horrific. Those of us who came of age during military absolutist monocracies will never support a return to military rule.

We unfortunately have a lot of youths who were born in the 2000s and who never knew what military rule was like. That said, a thought occured to me.

Nigeria has an over reliance on the gods, and no civilian ruler can legislate against the churches and mosques that teach people to look to the heavens for their daily bread instead of using the sweat of their brow to feed themselves.

A temporary period of military rule might decree religious organisations pay tax at least, and that would generate income for the government to fix our education system that currently teaches ignorant beliefs instead of the knowledge that empowers the use of the brain.

But please do note. Military do not do temporary period of anything. Once they're there, they stay.

Dignity, for one. I'd likely be quiet if I were them too, since most of my fellow Republicans seem to have their heads far too up dumb's ass. I'd be working in the background though to convince those who'd listen not to vote dumb, which I'm very certain they are doing knowing that if most don't listen and do vote dumb the rain will not only fall on the antidumb voters heads.

Buhari was not the one to choose who represented his party. And an Igbo person campaigning to continue Buhari's legacy would have been a joke. No decent Igbo person would have accepted the post I don't think, and Nigerians wouldn't have elected that person.

Igbos voting enmasse for an Igboman running for president is not enough to elect an Igbo person as president of Nigeria. They'd need to appeal across the country to get elected.

Sorry, but I don't think any lessons have been learnt yet, but there's always 2027, and 2031, and 2035, and 2055 even.
