Konkoja:We need to keep watch on conspiracists basiloco!

You really are a very unserious person, and this your wife needs to be protected from you!
|
pryme:I guess you should start by checking the head of your god or at least the head of those who wrote your god book.

Kyng1:Simple solution is, when your baby arrives, go sell it for market for the exact same amount of money that concerns you. In fact, add interest to the price plus whatever you've spent on baby mother so you are not out of pocket. Once you recoup your money you'd lose your pain. I hope. |
Kyng1:See my initial post where I pointed out that your concern is the money you spent. If they return the money, would you return their daughter to her unimpregnated state? And how is your baby by the way? |
Kyng1:You should have run away before putting her up in your house and baking in her oven without a condom! Too late to run now when your bread is done. Now, as Kobojunkie has rightly said, you are here complaining that a liability is a liability. You laid your bed dude. Either sleep on it as it is or re-lay it. |
pryme:While man you might need taming, I don't want to tame you since your untameness has no particular relevance to me. Would be nice if you tame yourself though, and consider women your equal instead of your adversary. |
Kyng1:I think the sum of your long story is the above, and the fact that you have not claimed she manipulated you when you slept with her and got her pregnant! You were not deceived, you were just gullible in not investing your money on what would have given you returns, and now you've spent it, gari. Look on the bright side though. You got yourself a baby. Just make sure you have enough for diapers and baby food. |

pryme:Your questions are pointless, probably due to your lack of understanding, which is what the op tried to imbue you with. Feminism has nothing to do with toppling anyone.
|
Fahvvy:I have answered your question, you just don't like my answer. But that's ok, since you can't stop me fighting for gender equality. |
pryme:No one is asking women to survive without men, though women very easily could, as we can farm men for their sperm, which is their only contribution to society, along with fighting wars and killing millions. In fact, once we tame and domesticate you men, the world would likely be more peaceful. |
Fahvvy:Sorry, but I do not see women fighting for equal opportunities as useless. What I do see is that I need to fight harder against pigs for gender equality. My only hope is that your daughters refuse to accept the subservient role you would allot them.
|
pryme:I'm surprised you thought of that. No one with a mind to think and reason would think of something so absurd. And note that I also never said women are the sole factor for procreation. Women are solely responsible for nurturing you in their belly for 9 months, and many would tell you their mother nurtured them for much longer still. But I guess that is of no consequence to some. |
Babysho:Glad MOP recognises the importance of education. We may grow all the crops we want, but without modern knowhow (gained through education), we can not compete with those with knowhow. Just consider our maize yield per hectare. Nigeria is 1.5-2 tons per hectare, while some countries achieve over 5 tons per hectare. Dangote Refinery is dead before it starts if it can't refine crude cheaper than imported, unless government taxes imports so they are less competitive. The fact that he imports cheaper crude from Texas should worry us in fact, as it's the same as importing maize which kills local production.
|
Fahvvy:There does not need to be a law for a parent to decide to educate their male children only because they can not afford to educate their daughters too. What there needs to be are laws to make it illegal to deprive girls of education.
|
pryme:Your survival was at stake as soon as you were conceived in your mother's belly. And her actions determined your survival then and for a considerable while after you were born. |
Babysho:As you have noted, government to whom Nigeria is just a plantation for (personal) profit, can not add value to the Naira. Adding value to naira, is making every Naira produce more. A cassava grower, for instance, adds value to their Naira by processing it into something else. And until Nigeria starts adding such value (see how long it's taken us to build a value adding private crude oil refinery!), the value of Naira would continue falling. We need to be more productive. That's what adds value to a currency. |
Babysho:The more debt the government accrues, the less value there is in the Naira. And whom do you think would get taxed to pay that debt if not the ordinary citizens who likely wouldn't have benefitted from the loan? N30k ($19.71, £15.54) has little value, and theres nothing anyone can do to put more value into it. |
modernWays:Really? Like magic, I suppose. But why haven't a lot of mechanised farms sprung up already? Might it be because the farmers don't make enough money to buy mechanised? Or is it that their farms are too small for mechanised. Produce at more expensive rate, is more likely. At least to pay back the loan for their mechanised and to pay the staff to run it. |
KnowAll:You are going to need to provide evidence in order for me to know this.
|
KnowAll:Government will not buy at market rate, but will instead set the market rate, which will be much lower than is profitable for the farmer who might not have an alternative market. A smart farmer would of course not sell to the government and export to Timbuktu instead where prices are much better. And government will have to import to feed you which will inflate the cost of food and deflate the value of the Naira. The end point would be that after government deducts administration fee and bribe for purchasing from particular farmers (who would not be your small farmers but large industrial farmers), the food you get for N5000.00 would be worth less than N2000.00. |
KnowAll:Look around you and tell me how many of the things you see can be produced by you. And note the phone you eat (use) and the taps in your sink. Nothing is free. Government will have to pay someone to provide free to you, and in order to get the money, government will tax you. |
KnowAll:In order to subsidise to feed you, government will buy cheap from farmers, who will then find it unprofitable to plant food so food gets imported at inflated prices. Trust me. You are worth far more than 30k a month or you at least ought to be. |
What exactly is the point of you occupying half the screen? |
Fahvvy:Nigeria is not the entire world, still, here in 21st century Nigeria, female children are being deprived of school and education so their brother's education can be afforded. And we still have many states where females would not be considered for governor. Even just a poll on Nairaland would show you how few would accept a female boss if they had a choice. |
maureensylvia:How, is how are we going to do what you've begun here, after we've figured out what. And 1k is my reserved funds. It was a note to self and wasn't meant to be understood. |
thesicilian:Your God and nature tells you to oppress your wife and daughters? Then I must reserve the below for you though it was in response to me. labake1: |
thesicilian:So, females can never have "equal rights and opportunities" according to you? A pity, and I guess the battle continues, but why would you allow your sisters and daughters and wife to be marginalised and disadvantaged so?
