Then go and meet the UN who gave them the land and fight the UN simple
There are Palestinians who are fighting in and the UN, and there are those who fight other ways.

Even the IRA had a political wing that argued it's case in court while it's military wing terrorised and bombed Britain.

We can all go back as far as possible and tell Joe Biden to go back to Ireland, Donald Trump back to Germany and Obama back to Kenya. Those even happened less than 200yrs ago not 1000AD and return the land back to the Native Indians
The Native Indians would no doubt be pleased, but this is hardly the same thing since the Native Indians are not fighting for land back like the Palestinians are, and have been settled with relatively acceptable reserve land where they rule and collect taxes.

Now, if Biden and dump and Obama start encroaching on the reservations, I bet you the Native Indians would get an Hamas to fight back if the justice system doesn't defend their rights.

The UN partitioned the land and gave Israel the land. The Arabs given their religious teachings cannot stand the idea of a Jewish state and went to war multiple times and lost
The UN partitioned land that some people lived on and those people who lived on the land that was taken from them did not stand the idea that their land should be taken from them.

Atheist that I am, I too would not stand the idea of those who steal my land, even and especially if the land stealers present a god given CofO.

Why 1000BC why not something father like 5000BC
Go back as far as you need to get an understanding of the matter please. Just that I don't think the Israelites were even a people in 5000BC, and if they were, they were nomads with no land, as their own religious history shows.

Unfortunately, it's not in the interest of the Israelis to go too far back or we'd need to discuss how that CofO came about in the first place.

For understanding? Probably 1000BC if you want to be unbiased and fair.

One should know how and why Israel lost their state such that the UN needed to be recognising their over 2300 year old CofO at least.

Its absurd to think there is some form of negotiation with a party dedicated to your death. I wish all those who sit and proffer laptop solutions will actually go and live side by side with Hamas and see what becomes of them.
The British did not think they shouldn't negotiate with the IRA and the Mau Mau who were terrorising and bombing them. They sat down to negotiate in the end, just as the apartheidians had to sit down and negotiate with the supposed ANC terrorists.

Watch the news. See that Palestinian child and let me know how old you think he'd have to be to forgive the State of Israel that obliterated his entire family with a bomb.

Why have they not gone to face the UN to fight them
They have, Raum, many times. But Israel and it's allies seem to have the United Nations locked down.

Are you aware that Gambia, and Kenya and Madagascar were proposed as Jewish state before the Jewish Certificate of Occupation was accepted?

What I think is the western world felt guilty at the treatment of the Jews even long before Germany tried to eliminate them, and that guilt is what made them acquire land for Israel. And that's apart from the fact that the Western world worships the Jewish God who can be used to influence and manipulate.

UN gave Israel a piece of Land in 1948. You can read about the UN partition of 1948 here
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Nations_Partition_Plan_for_Palestine

Their Arab neighbors decided to wage war to eliminate them for example in 1967 the Arab forces they all lost Sinai, Golan Heights Gaza West.
Perhaps read what you posted!

The Arab Higher Committee, the Arab League and other Arab leaders and governments rejected it on the basis that in addition to the Arabs forming a two-thirds majority, they owned a majority of the lands.[21][22] They also indicated an unwillingness to accept any form of territorial division,[23] arguing that it violated the principles of national self-determination in the UN Charter which granted people the right to decide their own destiny.[8][24] They announced their intention to take all necessary measures to prevent the implementation of the resolution.[25][26][27][28] Subsequently, a civil war broke out in Palestine,[29] and the plan was not implemented.[30]
And that was in 1948, and that war has been ongoing since. But I guess you expect they'd just give up and accept defeat which they haven't.

So, after the UN took the land that the Arab neighbours lived on, the Arab neighbours decided to wage war on those who occupied their land?

The proof is in the pudding. Just look at the forum. Your argument is that moderators of this space can't see what you and I can, something clearly evident.
How can that possibly be my argument when I've seen mods come here to try to moderate and fail because they find it difficult to moderate both sides that are as bad as each other?

IjeBos:
The question is whether you legitimize the bigotry by remaining an active participant in it.
I do legitimise the bigotry when I engage with them too much, or I at least fuel them in their bigotry.

IjeBos:
Seun and the mods don't seem to be bothered by the extent of it for whatever reason, so why support it?
Mods tried and failed. And I bet this thread attracts eyeballs, and eyeballs put money in seun's pocket, so perhaps see his conflict.

As for support, I'd say one supports just by posting in the thread, so you tell me why you support it.

Depends on my time I guess, and I'm saying I don't need to shop at this stupid idiot's shop, and they are far too insignificant for a placard. Besides, engaging with them pleases them while ignoring them pains them even more, so there.

So tell what is the propaganda? Is Hamas doing propaganda against itself?
It is propaganda to claim this started at a concert when there's evidence of conflict going back decades.

I've taught as well. You can't teach a class if you have persistent rowdy students. That's what detention/suspensions are for. If you allow the rowdy students to be rowdy, I guarantee you normalize the rowdiness, the students lose respect in you and the class descends into consistent rowdiness.
No one is asking anyone to "normalize the rowdiness". Isn't it however better if one does not add to the rowdiness by over engaging with the rowdy by feeding pointless trolls?

Please know that I'm saying this because I'm selfish. I'd read your stuff more because I can see you use your brain well, but a lot of what I might read you write goes unread because it would involve letting the stupid idiot you engage with occupy my time, which is verboten by and for me.

Israel has no such capacity to "exterminated every Gazan", though I can't argue they are very close at the moment.

If Israel exterminated Gazans whom many around the world are marching in support of already, Israel will become a pariah state and be no different to Apartheid South Africa and Hitler's Germany that tried to exterminate they themselves, and in due time, I'd expect them to get the same treatment those nations got, or at least become a popular tourist destination for suicide bombers.

Its this tolerance of the intolerant by western powers that emboldens all these terror groups. You give excuses for people who wont mind to wipe you out if they have the means
I think if we went and took some people's land and gave it to some people who use their religious book that we also read as the CofO, there might come a time in the future when we might ask ourselves if what we did was just.

What I doubt we'd do is condone those we helped steal the land exterminating those we stole the land from.

of course women have expiry date because their value is based upon their ability to have children and create a happy family.... the minute a woman cannot have children any longer, her value diminishes greatly.
Let me send you my grandma's details or a former colleague's who doesn't want children so you can tell them their "value diminishes greatly" because they cannot have children any longer.

Not everyone determines a woman's value by her potential to have children, same as not every man is valued by his Benz.

Benalvino is a bigot amongst other things. And interacting with him normally normalizes his bigotry. And I think ignoring him and continuing to post normalizes that bigotry. So, I'll expose/trash him when I can.

And truthfully, I have been trying to figure out whether I should be on this forum at all. I've found that the weak moderation or the decision not to moderate certain posts have created a forum where bigotry is allowed and normalized. I've been thinking about the use of the word Ibop in a derogatory manner towards Ibo people. And I think calling Ibo people Ibop in a derogatory manner is akin to a white person calling a black person Nigger. Would I stay in a forum where that is regular occurrence and unmoderated? No. So can I support a forum/vehicle that allows that to fester?
I mentioned Ipob, and I did not mean it in a derogatory way. Whether I agree with them or not, I don't expect those who think they are being oppressed to stand down and just accept their oppression without fighting back.

As to supporting a forum as it is, I guess you've managed to pay the subscription that I'm still begging to pay in support, but what I'd try to do is not support a stupid idiot to get exposure on my behalf, and I definitely do not see the point in 'supporting' them too much with my previous time and intellect because I'm aware that unnecessary consumption of my time is their sole reason for existing.

It's the teacher in me I guess. I'd be cheating the learners and those capable of reasoning with or against me if the rowdy ignorant students get most of my attention and time.

And the judge's decision does not claim him being there had or might have an impact on the case which has not got an outcome yet.

What the judge said is, some may perceive impropriety, and I happen to be one of those who agrees that some (read magabasilico already), will see impropriety, especially considering how low dump would go to get himself exonerated. And I wish Fanni had kept her Willis in her knickers or fuqed someone unrelated to her case instead of giving dump head.

But allow me to ask, could you tell me what potential harm or prejudice to the defendant might have occurred in a scenario where tow prosecutors are dating? I cannot think of any.
As the judge said, "perception of impropriety". And not many would argue that perception does not exist. Magas here sure would perceive impropriety, and dump definitely will claim harm and prejudice even though this ruling does not help him achieve his goal, and that would become the show while the prosecution of dump is on the side.

DaHighLife:
The judge has made a ruling. As I mentioned, the precedent established was that there needed to be an "actual conflict." The judge determined that there was no actual conflict. However, he took an unusual step and stated that there was an "appearance of impropriety." Consequently, he requested either Willis or Wade to leave. I believe Wade leaving was the correct course of action from the outset, but I fail to see how the judge legally arrived at that decision given that the law and legal precedents are quite clear. It appears that he aimed to appear fair rather than adhere to Georgia law.

Edit: In my honest opinion, I believe this ruling is ultimately flawed. The notion of an "appearance of impropriety" can be manipulated quite easily. Why does the appearance hold significance if there is no actual conflict or bias against the defendants? This ruling establishes a precedent that could allow future defendants to exploit the same loophole. In my view, it's a dangerous ruling.

I agree with the ultimate outcome, but I'm not fond of the judge contorting the laws to achieve it.
This precedent actually establishes that Fanni shouldn't have hired her Wade. And to be honest, on a case of this magnitude she should have known better and has gotten off lightly, though I'm certain the defence will milk this all the way to appeal somehow.
