adioolayi:
Voter's accreditation officially closes by 2pm....which means no new member, who was not at the polling unit by this time cannot be registered to vote again.

So, in a Unit as small as this, voters would have arrived early, register and voted...so, what presiding officers usually do is to wait till official 2pm...once no new voter comes...they count the votes.

That's why you have early result counting at small polling unit from 2pm
Thanks for educating me. I forgot we accredit first.

What time do polling booths close please?

And do they count before close?
Politics › Re: Labour Party Scores Zero In One Of The First Poling Unit Annouced by budaatum: 2:52pm On Jul 16, 2022
Announced at 2pm before polling has closed!

Do you really think we are that foolish?

Looking at the choice of meme you used as the "face of the Democratic party" and it clearly shows a black woman's ass.
The press secretary is a Black woman. What was going through your mind while you chose that meme?

Bigotry? Hatred? Foolishness? your black on Black hatefulness?

It just reinforces the notion that you are an eternal trash.
Every time I quote him I feel dirty and have to go bath myself. Thankfully, my time is now taken up with Obidience so I should find it easier to ignore him.
Politics › Re: There Is Nothing Wrong In Eating Agbado And Cassava by budaatum: 12:51pm On Jul 16, 2022
thebosstrevor1:
Agbado and Cassava are part of our stable diet here in Nigeria, there is nothing wrong in eating them.

These food don't come cheap and many of you eat them daily, who doesn't like cooked and roasted agbado and pear, so what is now wrong with eating Agbado and Cassava, apparently from Agbado and Cassava, you can get lot of processed food like african salad, garri, fufu, starch, corn flakes, flour etc. These are the foods, we eat daily.

A day without Agbado and Cassava is a day with Hunger.
It is a pity that in 2022 you would be clamouring for agbado and cassava that you should very easily be able to plant for yourself in your own backyard instead of constant electricity, security, opportunity to earn your daily bread, good roads and enough money to buy a brand new car instead of 10 year tokunbo that is aloku oyinbo.

Many others are not content with the crumbs of agbado and cassava. They aspire for a lot more than agbado and cassava and are willing to labour Obidiently for more instead of waiting for tinubu to give them crumbs while he eats the main course

You too deserve more, you just don't want to labour for it yet.

3. Millons of Kano state resident are rejoicing that Obi will be president

4. They asked Obi, ''what is your plan for the power sector, for subsidy, and for managing national debt...''

Obi: " As president, nobody will bother for consumption, even if we have to staff, every borrowed funds will be invested"

Obi: "You have poverty problem, you need to pull people out of poverty. I'm a business man , I started from micro so I know that to put people out of business, you have to re-engineer, phone, and support - its simple"
See the photo I took of Obi wearing Kano hat.

This is why the black man is always a slave to a white man.

Industrialized societies take schooling and education very seriously. China's university entrance exam was introduced in 1977 after Mao Tsetung's useless cultural revolution experiment that impoverished the country. Guess who that first set that took that exam produced? The current president Xi Jinping and his deputy.

Go to India. Their university entrance exam and the exam taken to enter into their prestigious IT colleges are so competitive, some students commit suicide when they fail to get in. That's how serious they view those exams. India is today the world's IT destination and number 1 producer of pharmacological products in the world.

But the dumb millennial Nigerians who believe schooling is useless will follow MC Oluomo (whose kids are all schooling abroad ooo) to shout "who certificate help?" Yet you millennials will use products developed by the educational systems of China, India and America (smartphones and computer gadgets) to be scamming people and doing Yahoo Yahoo globally, but still say schooling is useless. Slaves will always be slaves.

You saying the insurance taker might be the scammer, lol.

See jollos, why things don't work? After all. It's not as if we don't all know that whatever the state may be in Nigeria has come out of the abundance of our own hearts.

Now, are you one of those expecting Martians to come from Mars to make things work in Nigeria or have you become one of those who would Obidiently labour to make things work in Nigeria?

That, jollos, is the question to be answered with PVCs.

Jollos:
Nothing is working in this country.
A friend collected loan to expand his pig farm. He was mandated to insure by CBN. ASF enter his farm and all pig died.
Till today insurance never get back after providing all what they ask for.

It's a shame. All man for himself in this country
So, you saying you have a legitimate case? So be a man for himself in this country and get a lawyer and sue them!

Government should come to their aid
Are you a fish farmer? Do you pay tax?

Why should government spend your tax money aiding incompetent fish farmers instead of say, paying teachers or doctors or 5 months salary and pensions?

Nigeria insurance na scam
I am certain you did not post one instance as evidence that "Nigeria insurance na scam". There is absolutely no way you would think I am that dumb, jmoore, or I at least can't believe you do.

All insurance is scam to those who don't read the small print. They and you signed an agreement, and it's your duty to ensure they uphold their end of the bargain if you upheld your end, same as you'd ensure market person does not scam you, except insurance is better than market since you signed a piece of paper.

When you sue them to court please add the cost of suing to what you sue them for plus stress money plus plus. Though I feel you might now tell me court na scam too instead of admitting you too lazy to fight for your right.

NAIRALAND IS GONE! Seun, it is interesting to see your site pushing a certain agenda. This post was moved to front page with just 2 comments or so.

You, Seun, are also ramming the Muslim-Muslim ticket down the throat of Nigerians? You were the first to write a post that NL doesn't support secessionists, but here you are clandestinely pushing posts about M-M presidency to the front page.

Between NL and IPOB, Boko Haram, Bandits, and violent Herdsmen, what's the difference? Oh I forgot, it's Tinubu so we all have to fall down and worship.

You are on the side of balkanisation of Nigeria, but in a different garb.

Can someone please teach these people about insurance instead of them expecting government bailouts!
