KnownUnknown: The Lord says, “ Lies beget lies. Creative lies or propaganda? Creativity is not lying. Let the words that accompany thy images be true. A lying tongue leads thou to hell on the road paved with good intentions” Your creativity is not a lie, its just not true. See what you created above. "The Lord says", or you read in a book that someone wrote that the Lord said to someone the writer never met and you want the "Lord said" to buda. There is always a link accompanying that image for those who are not too lazy to see its already been pointed out as untrue. Or would you claim the Parable of the Good Samaritan is untrue too because its a story? |

You post this picture to prove what exactly? Budaatum used the Orangutang as an example of moral behavior and the picture taker as an example of immoral behavior while lying by omission that the person taking the picture understood the man was not in danger.
Anyway, how about another perspective of these similarities.
https://www.foxnews.com/science/chimps-killing-people-in-uganda And buda was lying about the Parable of the Good Samaritan that buda was creatively using the Orangutan to illustrate too, or is it that you just seeing in literal black and white? I ask because you can't possibly be against buda's creativity. No how! |

Drumptf was not in anyway committed but I guess we can say he still is committed since his recent re-inauguration: No?
Committed is when you've moved every single soldier out of the region before you hand over the White House so I hope he be done so he don't kick the can down the road when his term runs out. |

The Military Swamped! |

KnownUnknown: Everything that exists is an instantiation of an eternal idea. An Eternal Idea is the perfect or ideal form of any object, naturally fashioned or secondarily fashioned by man. This means there is an ideal apple, ideal human, ideal bed, ideal bird, ideal house, ideal star, ideal atom etc that exist in the eternal plane and anything in this material plane participates in or imitates an eternal idea. You need to tamper past Aristotle. He was not the only God that wrote. |

wirinet: I vehemently disagree with you. The Afghan debacle is one of the greatest failures in US foreign policy. Just like in Iraq, the US went into Afghanistan without any clear objective or agenda outside getting Osama bin Laden for the 911 attack. No long time strategy.
The US should have lead her allies for have a longer presence in Afghanistan - maybe 50 years or beyond, until the present generation of die hard Islamic fundamentalists die out. The British were in Nigeria and Ghana for close to 100 years. You cannot significantly change the mindset of a people in 20 years.
In 20 years, the $2 trillion and 2,500 dead would pale into insignificance when compared with the havoc an Islamic fundamentalist Taliban can wreck on US and it's allies, along with their interests.
On geo-political strategic levels the Afghanistan withdrawal was a disaster. Afghanistan is situated mid way between Russia, China and Iran. A strong US presence there would have been a very stategic position. Now I am sure China would rush in and create an alliance with the Taliban. The incoming Taliban government would need money to run its government and China is always willing to loan rogue governments money - with conditions attached. Imagine the anti west alliance of China, Russia, Iran and now Afghanistan. It would be more difficult to rein in Iran.
Throughout history, countries invade other countries for exploitation or for strategic reason most times at huge financial and human costs. The did not exploit its advantageous positions in all its military adventures. They are too impatient and usually give up after a couple of decades. We all now know that the best way to defeat the US military is just hold out for 1 or 2 decades and they will run off with their tails between their legs. Short term thinking superpowers of the world, lol! Unfortunately, it wasn't even their duty nor their role. They went in on lies for revenge and a lynching. |

I think the women don't like it. Under Taliban, no more school for women. Taliban will insist on marrying two and three and more instead, and hood them so they are unheard. |

American forces and other 1st world country forces can't be in Afghanistan forever. Britain and Canada for example withdrew their combat troops as far back as 2014 even though they left a few members as part of NATO.

You showed me that if my thinking does not conform to the reality I see with my eyes, I should change my thinking or pluck out my eyes. You were a muse to me Collinsanele, so I borrowed for here. With the most sincerest gratitude. Thank you. Collinsanele: With all the taxation in Nigeria, can you see any improvement. Even with all the borrowings/loans, are things really getting better. I initially thought the govt was sincerely fighting insecurity, but why make a former Coas an ambassador even with his lack lustre performance. Why is the govt turning a deaf ear to some killer fulani herdsmen that are kidnapping, killing and maiming people. What about the obvious violation of human rights in Nigeria. I understand your point, but let's be factual and tell ourselves the truth without attaching any sentiment whatsoever. Nevertheless, Nigeria would be great again. budaatum: Me, buda, is the government! Those ruling today were elected from amongst myself by myself either directly by my voting for myself, or by me sitting on my ass doing absolutely nothing so those who now rule were elected. All those horrible nasty things you mentioned - "some killer fulani herdsmen that are kidnapping, killing and maiming people", "obvious violation of human rights", etc, are also all being done by my very Nigerian self!
If I were not been stupid and very ignorant I would not be doing those nasty things to myself, and if I had opened my eyes and very carefully scrutinised those who put themselves forward from amongst myself to be elected to rule me I might have chosen different rulers who would ensure I do not stupidly do myself. But useless me sat on my ass expecting government to be my messiah and save me from myself and now me myself is wailing from burning in the hell I stupidly ignorantly created for myself!
Thankfully, na democracy we de now, where I get to have 4 years to learn the stupidity and errors of my choice and correct them.
Lord please open my eyes so that I do not stupidly do myself again at the next election so that I can make Nigeria great and have nothing to wail about instead of ignorantly sitting on my ass wailing for all I desire to fall from heaven like manna. Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim Aleluya Jesus Christ Amen!
I hope the above is "factual and tell ourselves the truth without attaching any sentiment whatsoever" enough for you.
