If the man or the woman built the house all alone without spousal support, it will be unjustified to suggest it belongs to the two.

Under this kind of law a woman that decides to have affairs outside her marriage can decide to lay claim to a house the husband built alone and vice versa.

Even if she doesn’t contribute in cash, there are other domestic duties she takes care of that frees up the man to fully pursue his goals.

The problem with these type of rulings is that it rewards bad behavior from wives.
