Politics / Breaking: Former World Best Player, George Weah Elected New Liberia President by bumi10(m): 11:34am On Dec 27, 2017
Former World Footballer of the Year, George Obong Weah makes history as he become the first famous player in the world to clinch the highest office of a country (presidency) after retiring from the football.

He is now the newly elected President of Liberia after defeating his opponent in Tuesday’s second round of voting. The delayed vote on Tuesday pitted George Weah, a 51-year-old ex-international football star and Liberian senator, against 73-year-old Joseph Boakai, who has been the country’s vice president for the last 12 years.

Mr. Weah though topped the first round of voting but wasn't able to secure the 50 percent needed to win outright, has won the runoff after beating Boakai. Insiders close the the Weah camp revealed that the results they have collated so far indicates that the former football star has won the election with about 80% of the votes counted so far.

George Weah has been voted president of Liberia after clinching 12 of the 15 counties in the west African country. Weah has taken to Twitter to thank all his supporters, saying that he plans to liberate the country.

Former president of Nigeria, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan is one the election observers. But according to observers from the EU and the Liberia Elections Observation Network (LEON), a network of civil society associations, voting was conducted much faster than in the first round, thanks in particular to lists of the electorate several days in advance and better training of staff to supervise the vote.

Nearly 2.2 million people were eligible to vote in the runoff in the West African country. Initially scheduled for November 7, the vote was delayed after the party of a third candidate filed a legal complaint alleging voter fraud and irregularities.

Both Weah, the candidate for the Congress for Democratic Change (CDC), and Boakai, of the Unity Party, had promised to revive Liberia’s struggling economy and kickstart infrastructure projects but it is clear the former footballer will now bear that responsibility.

Liberians are effectively choosing a successor to President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, Africa’s first elected female head of state, whose 12-year rule helped cement peace in Liberia after two bloody civil wars, which lasted for more than 14 years before ending in 2003.

Is Weah a worthy successor to Ellen Johnson Sirleaf?

Computers / How To Turn Off/disable Windows Update In Windows 10 Operating System by bumi10(m): 7:05am On Dec 27, 2017
First of all, I don't understand Microsoft. In each of their windows upgrade, they always make a lot of foolish and sentimental decisions for their customers instead of given them the autonomy to decide for themselves. I think Microsoft is gradually turning into Apple but guess what, they should also be ready to lose a whole bunch of clients.

Unlike previous window versions, (from version 8.1 down) every windows operating system user has the ability to pick and chose when he/she wants to update his/her version of windows. It usually come with 4 option on Windows Update -

1. Install Updates Automatically (Recommended)

2. Download updates but let me choose whether to install them

3. Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and install them

4. Never check for updates (not recommended)

But in latest Microsoft windows upgrade "The almighty Windows 10", they thought it wise to stripe users off the ability to control the download and installation of windows updates. For us as tech gurus, its a very very bad move by Microsoft and for me as a Nigerian, considering the high cost of data, I think I should be able to choose when I want to install and download updates rather than whenever I connect my network, update will start burning my data.

On this note, after much research and surfing of the web and also ransacking Windows 10 operating system, I have been able to decipher how to stop windows 10 from updating the operating system automatically which is what Microsoft wants, that is why they removed the options in the first place.

Turn off Windows Updates in Windows 10

Since you cannot choose whether to disable update via windows update window, you can disable windows update in windows 10 by going through Windows Services since windows update is a service in pc.

Follow the steps below...

1. Goto Control Panel

2. Click on Administrative Tools

3. Double click on Services

4. Scroll down to Windows Updates and Right click on it and choose Properties

5. Select General Tab and on Startup Type options, select Disabled

6. Click Apply and then Click OK

...... You are done.....

Note: You can always turn on the windows services again anytime you want to update your windows. After you turn on the Windows Update service, when you open Windows Update in PC Settings, you will see a message that updates were not installed because computer was stopped.

You will have to click on Retry so that all the available updates are downloaded and installed. Then you can go back and turn off the Windows Update service until next time you feel you are free enough or have enough data to spend time updating your copy of Windows 10.

Hope this post solves your problem. Leave a comment below for any problem encountered.

Culture / Re: Why Igbos Always Travel Home During Christmas Period - Come Rain, Come Shine by bumi10(m): 3:23am On Dec 27, 2017
Konquest:
@bumi10 [The @OP].

Your headline title and post are debatable.

The "Come Rain, Come Shine" aspect
of the thread title is historically misleading and
contradictory! There is also hate speech
and insults in your post in the 2nd paragraph
making sweeping/generalized
insults against an ethnic group
- in this case the Yoruba! Take note
of that politically incorrect hate
speech which violates Nairaland
Rules!

During the height of the massive
kidnappings and vicious armed
robberies in Iboland in the early to late 2000s,
many Ibos did NOT travel home regularly and those living
outside Nigeria were afraid to travel
to their villages on visits. Those who
had elderly parents in the S/East had
to quickly move them to Lagos, Abuja,
PH etc, to prevent their parents from
kidnappers who collected huge
ransoms and sometimes killed
after paying ransoms in places/towns
such as Nnewi where at a point
several big traders had to close shop
because of insecurity caused by
kidnappers, and relocated to Lagos
and other big cities in Nigeria
and these were well reported in
the daily newspapers and magazines!

Even Ibos started celebrating the NEW YAM
festival in Lagos State and other non-Ibo
states in Nigeria instead of the village, which was
strange to me because during the June 12, 1993
crisis, Ibos left the S/West in large numbers
out of fear of war [Ibos call the movement to
the South East "Oso Abiola"] but instead they told neighbours that they
were going for the so-called "new yam"
festival. New yam festivals in African
societies in Ashantiland, Yorubaland,
Ugepland in Cross Rivers, etc, are usually
celebrated by travelling home.

All that I have posted here can still
be found via Search Engines in the archives of online
Newspapers and other discussion
forums. With the kidnappings, robberies
in the SE, Ibos were doing the new yam
festival at the National Stadium in Surulere, in
Lagos. Now there is relative peace
in places like Anambra which was
a NO go area before the last 2 governors
came to revamp the security architecture
and now people are able to go home
for holidays in the S/E.

Happy Holidays!

Some point you razed, I will admit are valid but I want you to know this;

1. Headline are made to be debatable - thats why its called a headline in the first place. If it doesn't catch people's curiosity, then is not a headline.

2. Truth they say is a defamation to liability. This simply means, as long as you are saying the truth, even if you are making a racist statement or what you called a hate speech or politically incorret speech, you can't be held liable to this laws.

3. You should also remember that one's security is key in life and if anything threatens it, the status quo will be changed or averted. Nairaland didn't think I violated their laws that why they moved the post to front page.

I'm personally not surprised of these things you are saying cuz I can guess were you are from. But all I'm saying is this, when an Igbo man wants to travel to his place on festive period, could you just not be happy for him rather than throwing tantrums and making rubbish and senseless comments about it.

Its appalling in all ramification and makes me sick to my stomach.

Culture / Why Igbos Always Travel Home During Christmas Period - Come Rain, Come Shine by bumi10(m): 7:59pm On Dec 25, 2017
I personally told my friend that I'm not going to travel this time and he told me to forget that thing. That before new year now I go carry my bag travel, that I'm an Igbo and no matter what, if they tell me that masquerade is dancing in the village now, I will travel. I laughed anyway and got crossed with him instantly.

I looked at him and said "why are you guys so stupid? (He is Yoruba), Why do you guys always have problem with Igbos in everything? Even to travel to their various villages to see their people, you people will still complain. What is wrong with you guys. Lagos is not my land, I got to go and see my people and apparently, you still have problem with that. My friend had to shut up.

Well this article I stumbled upon on net will explain to whoever care to know the reason is necessary for any Igbo man anywhere to come home and see his people at least once in a year during festive periods like Christmas ...

“It has become our tradition to travel every Christmas. I am going with my wife and my children because this is the only opportunity to see our relatives who are based in other parts of the country and even abroad. We meet to discuss family issues. No matter the fare, we must go.” At the Jibowu Bus Park in Lagos during the week, Ugochukwu Anufurum was firm on going “home” for Christmas/New Year celebrations no matter the situation.

The Yuletide and New Year season is one of the few seasons millions of people look forward to every year all over the world. In Nigeria, it is one of the few seasons that bring friends and families together, including long-lost ones, and as such, one that countless number of people always looks forward to.

However, the Igbo people in the South East section of the country are known to have, over the years, developed special interest for this season (seemingly above all others) and as such would do everything possible that they mark the season in grand styles. It is therefore a very common sight to see the Igbo using the occasion of Christmas to storm their villages from wherever they might be, including far away cities like Lagos and Abuja, while some even travel from outside the countries for the same purpose.

The Igbo, as believed in some quarters, love to show off their wealth and flaunt what they have and this they do more than any other ethnic group in Nigeria. It is believed that they use the Christmas time to travel to their villages to show off the wealth they have been able to accumulate over the year.
However, the pan-Igbo socio-cultural group, Ohanaeze Indigbo, strongly differed as it declared that the Igbo never travel at Christmas because of show off. The group vehemently denied that the mass travelling of Igbo, especially during the Yuletide, is done for showboating, but rather something the Igbo do as a mark of respect for their roots. As such, the group maintained that no Igbo person should ever be vilified over the issue.

In a chat with Saturday Tribune, the Publicity Secretary of the Ohanaeze Indigbo, South West, Mr Peter Anosike, pointed out that only two tribes in the whole world-the Igbo and the Israelis-were known to never joke with their roots and who always ‘remember their homes’ wherever they might be in any part of the world.

“Anywhere we go, we must always remember home. The only tribes that remember home are the Igbo and Israelites. Even when they die in a foreign land, they would prefer that their dead bodies be brought back home for burial. As people that have travelled far and wide, the Christmas time provides the Indigbos the opportunity to see their families and loved ones again.

“So it is more of a home-coming for an average Igbo traveler, because an individual you’ve not seen from January to December, you are suddenly given the opportunity to see such an individual. So travelling home for Christmas is never about showoff and those who have such a notion should discard it immediately. The period provides an opportunity for Indigbos from all walks of life to have a reunion sort of,” he pointed out.

At this juncture, it is noteworthy to state that there are many other festivals that also serve as an avenue for south-easterners to visit their villages, or “home” as it is generally referred to. Each of such festivals is unique in its own way and attracts its own fair share of participants. For example, Easter, another major Christian festival, also serves the same purpose, while there a few traditional festivals that Igbo still hold in high esteem and which they would do their best possible to participate in.

Some of such traditional functions or festivals include: the annual kingship festival, that is, the Ofala Festival, which is mostly celebrated during the Christmas in different villages in Igboland; Iwa Akwa; and the Okonko Festival, which is used as the festival to celebrate the coming of age of male youths. There is also the Iza aha, Ede aro festival (in celebration of the Aro Deity), age grade meetings, as well as the Iwa Ji Festival, which is the famous New Yam Festival, among others.

These cultural and traditional activities would almost always make an average Igboman embark on a journey back home to participate in the festivities. But despite this large array of festivals and their popularity, it is only right to say that Christmas and festivities associated with it dwarf them all.

The real seasons the Igbo don’t joke with going “home” during this period has always been a source of debate, especially among non-Igbo and no matter the length of such debates, the real reasons have always remained evasive. However, inquest into some of the arguments provided by those who engage in this practice and those who don’t might provide some sort of insights into possible reasons behind this annual pilgrimage.

For many, one reason the Igbo travel home for Christmas is to ensure family reunion. According to those who nurse this belief, only few tribes in the world could match the adventurous and industrious nature of the Igbo. Therefore, according to those who hold this argument, if an Igbo individual has been away from his home and roots all through the year, it is only normal for such people to create an avenue for themselves to meet once again in an atmosphere of unity and camaraderie.

Sharing this view with Saturday Tribune, was a Lagos-based businessman and an octogenarian, Pa Uche Anisiemeka, who claimed to have spent over 60 years in Lagos. Pa Anisiemeka’s escapades and success in Lagos have him boasting of an enviable house and other investments in the Okota area of the city. But despite his over six-decade sojourn in Lagos, Pa Anisiemeka claimed to have only missed spending his Christmas holidays in his native Imo State on a few occasions.

“It is common knowledge that the Igbo are very enterprising. They are migrant-entrepreneurs who are endowed with immense competitive spirit. They prefer to leave their families and homes in search of greener pastures elsewhere. They can live in the cities from the beginning of the year to the end without visiting home, but one thing a lot of them would not do is to celebrate Christmas outside of their hometowns, in the company of their families, friends and age-long colleagues. Celebrating Christmas at home is considered typically cultural and it is curiously expected of anyone living in town or abroad to re-connect with the home people during Christmas,” he told Saturday Tribune.

Yet, there are many others (mostly non-Igbo) who are of the opinion that the yearly journey home is spurred primarily by ego, showmanship and unhealthy competition, rather than genuine need for reunion. Saturday Tribune, during the week took up the task of attempting to unveil the reason(s) for this ageless behaviour and as such, some opinions of randomly selected Igbo travelers were sampled. The quest to solve this “mystery” took Saturday Tribune to some popular motor parks in Lagos which, as expected, had become a beehive of activities.

At the popular and ever-busy Maza Maza Bus Terminus in Lagos, a middle-age traveler who identified himself as Chinedu Obasi, argued that no matter how busy one is, he should always create time to remember home. According to him, since it is practically impossible for many Igbo living in the other parts of the country to be travelling home as often as they would have loved, calving out just one period in an entire year to achieve this purpose is not too much. This, he said, is what the yearly journey home during Christmas is all about.

“Christmas brings a moment in a year when all Igbo or majority of them living outside Igboland return to their villages to reunite with their kin who they have not seen, probably in the last 12 months,” said Obasi, who was getting set to travel to his native Enugu State.

Similarly, Chizaram, a 37-year-old native of Abia State, also pointed out to Saturday Tribune that Christmas provided the only opportunity she had of seeing her aged parents, other relatives and loved ones, who like her, were living in far places. Chizaram, who was spotted making last minutes efforts to board a bus, also at Maza Maza, which was going to her hometown of Umuahia in Abia State, said she was willing to brave all odds to make the journey.

She however also hinted that it might be impossible to rule out showoff and show-boasting as one of the reasons some travel at this time, a development she said often served as one of the reasons young men and women often veered to a life of crime so that they would be able to make money at all cost so as to be able to meet up with others. She further pointed out that, in some instances, parents whose children are coming home go all the way to boast about such children and the children in return will do everything possible not to disappoint such parents, including taking to a life of crime.

“To an average Igbo man, going to the village is non-negotiable. Far and near, sons and daughters return home, besiege their respective villages, not only to celebrate Christmas with their kith and kin, but also to provide an opportunity for many families to boast about their illustrious sons and daughters, whom they are proud of,” she said.

But for other travelers, the yearly exodus is nothing more than a family tradition. At the Jibowu Bus Park, yet another traveler, Ugochukwu Anufurum, insisted that the period provided an opportunity for him to attend to salient and sometimes delayed family/community matters, especially since other important stakeholders in such matters would also be around.

“I can say that this is why the Igbo work hard to ensure that they gather enough money with which they can go home for the Christmas celebration. They do this because the communal life they live as umunna would require them to give gifts to their kin when they get back home,” he further noted.

Politics / Alhassan To El-rufai - I Will Expose Your Involvement In Chibok Girls Kidnapping by bumi10(m): 12:02pm On Dec 23, 2017
Is it time for Nigeria to witness the greatest coverup story of all time? The embattled Minister of Women Affairs, Amina Alhassan has threatened to expose Kaduna State Governor, Mallam Nasir Elrufai and his role in Chibok girls kidnapping.

The Minister said she was surprised that a dirty character like Elrufai could even have the gut to comment against her preference for Alhaji Atiku Abubakar for 2019 Presidential race. She said, there are lot of things Nigerians needs to know about the planning and execution of Chibok girl kidnapping because those behind it will be unmasked very soon. The intention was very obvious, to defame and blackmail PDP and Jonathan out of power.

The Minister became angry by the comment credited to Elrufai where he was quoted as saying that Buhari was severely warned not to appoint Amina Alhassan as Minister. Mallam Elrufai said Amina Alhassan’s leaved Video, an indication that she has never been loyal to President Buhari from day one, noting that her loyalty lies with someone who is not even ready to support the party to success just because the person also want to become a president In her response, Amina said those who know history well could tell about the treacherous nature of Elrufai who can go to any length to stab anyone just to rise politically, she said Elrufai was a nobody who was as poor as church rat if not for Atiku that brought him to political relevance.

The same Elrufai was among those who plotted against Jonathan by tactically supporting Boko Haram and Kidnapping of Chibok girls, the information is out there where he lied that Jonathan wanted to kill him and other top members of APC by raising a false alarm about sniper list. No sane Nigerians will take Elrufai serious because he is an unrepentant addicted liar. The same Elrufai who claimed to be loyal to president is sponsoring some bloggers and his errand boys in the media to keep attacking and defaming Buhari, at least Nigerians and our party can see his deliberate action to blackmail the President when he released his memo to the media which was supposed to be a confidential memo to the President in his bid to tarnish and embarrass Baba Buhari.

I am not a coward, Buhari is my President and one of the fathers of my party APC, if I can’t be real with my choice of Atiku, then it would amount to eye service, I am not that kind of person. Former President Obasanjo through his book “My Watch” gave a valid description of who the midget Elrufai is, he thrives on stabbing the hands that fed him just to rise politically, he can lie and kill so far he will rise in his political career not minding the pain he is inflicting on others, one of such is his supervision of mass killing and hurriedly burying of over 1,000 Shiites killed in Kaduna.

I will personally meet with President Buhari and explain myself to him, I am not afraid of anybody in the party, after all I am a politician, for those who have gone ahead to plant a corruption story about me in the media, you are just wasting your time she added.

Politics / Sen. Ekweremadu, Bankole, Katsina-alu Given 21-days To Vacate Their Residence by bumi10(m): 11:12am On Dec 23, 2017
Sen. Ike Ekweremadu, Bankole, Katsina-Alu Given 21-days To Vacate Their Illegally Acquired Residence

The Senate Vice President, Ike Ekweremadu, a former Speaker of the House of Reps, Dimeji Bankole, and former Chief Justice of Nigeria, Aloysius Katsina-Alu, given 21 days to vacate their residence by the Special Presidential Investigation Panel, for Recovery of Public Property.

The Chief Okoi Obono-Obla-led panel issued the quit notice on Thursday to the three politicians, as well as former Deputy Speaker and current Senator Usman Bayero Nafada.

A former Senate President, David Mark, received similar quit notice from the Panel back in September to which he had since filed a suit before the Federal High Court in Abuja to quash all the steps taken to evict him and recover the house from him by the panel. The panel said the five of them illegally acquired their then-official residences as their private properties.

According to DailyTrust, the immediate past President Goodluck Jonathan had in November 2010 reportedly gave leave to the Senate President, the Deputy Senate President, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, to “purchase” their official quarters.

A source told Daily Trust; “The Senate President’s residence was sold to David Mark for N748 million; Speaker, House of Representatives’ residence was sold to Hon Dimeji Bankole for N670 million; while Deputy Senate President residence was sold to Senator Ike Ekweremadu for N458 million.

“Deputy Speaker House of Representatives residence was sold to Senator Nafada for N348.5 million; and they were all sold without competitive bidding contrary to the provisions of the Public Procurement Act especially Section 15 thereof”, one of the sources said, adding that the residence of Juctice Katsina-Alu was sold to him at N45million.

The newspaper also reports that former President Jonathan had directed that the sale of the property should be gazetted in the Federal Government Gazette in his minute in a memo sent to him by the then minister of the FCT Senator Bala Muhammad dated 18 November 2010, but that was not done.

The source added, “A gazette is a notice to the whole world of the position of government on any issue and since there was a prevailing gazette that the house bought by the plaintiff (referring to David Mark) should not be sold under Government monetization policy, the gazette would have superseded the previous one.

“So the previous gazette prevails since the sale was not gazetted. That alone has vitiated the sale. Secondly the sale is against the public procurement Act which provides any contract for a good and service must be through competitive bidding. The sale was not through competitive bidding.”

According to the news outlet added that the houses, which were not ordinary houses but institutional houses to principal officers of the National Assembly and the Executive had no right in the first place to given order for the houses to be sold

The suspects are- Badejo Tobi; Abiola Dimeji; Anthony Godwin; Osoba Adeboye; Adelekan Abiodun and Awokoya Oriyomi Yusuf, Oyatayo Ismail; Coffie Meschark; Sylvester Amaddin; Olawale Farouk; Adeniran Tolani; Taiwo Michael and OyekanmiAyodeji.

They were arrested on Saturday, December 16, 2017 in some parts of Lagos and Ogun States, following intelligence report received by the Commission about their activities. The suspects allegedly confessed to be involved in phishing, love scam, forgery, spoofing and business email compromise, among other offences.

Phishing is an attempt to obtain sensitive information such as usernames, passwords and credit card details (and money), often for malicious reasons, by disguising as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication.

Spoofing, on the other hand, is a type of scam where an intruder attempts to gain unauthorized access to a user’s system or information by pretending to be the user.

Some of the suspects, who live flamboyantly without any known sources of income, were said to have bought houses and exotic cars from the proceeds of their criminal activities.

They were allegedly found to be in possession of forged contract papers of multinational oil and gas companies, banks’ instruments and forged data page of international passports of foreign nationals, among other documents.

Other items recovered from the suspects included laptops, flash drives, modems, one Range Rover SUV, one Toyota Highlander, Two Toyota Corolla and one Toyota Camry. The suspects will soon be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.

Celebrities / #OLIC4 - Fans Blast Singer Olamide For Inviting Yomi SARS To Perform At A Show by bumi10(m): 12:04pm On Dec 18, 2017
Nigerians favorite dance-hall singer and Wo crooner, Olamide has incurred the wrath of Nigerians and mostly his fans on the social media for inviting a police officer attached to the notorious Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS, to perform at his event.

Olamide posted a flyer to announce Yomi SARS’ scheduled performance at the fourth edition of Olamide Live in Concert event in Lagos. The event was held at Teslim Balogun Stadium. This disclosure angered Twitter users, who attacked Olamide for being insensitive.

Yomi SARS has defended his department from allegations of rights abuses which dominated social media discussion this month. Many users want SARS scrapped and a new department devoid of ‘uncivilized and criminal-minded persons’ be created to replace it.

Olamide was amongst the earliest celebrities to join the campaign, which has trended on social media as #EndSARS. below are some of the reactions to Yomi SARS’ scheduled outing as posted on Twitter:

Crime / Popular Night Club Owner Buries 2 Children & Piglet In Front Of Club - Video by bumi10(m): 5:35pm On Dec 17, 2017
Popular Night Club Owner Busted For Buries 2 Children & Piglet In Front Of Club - Photos/Video

There was tension, last week in Calabar, Cross Rivers State, following the discovery of three corpse reported to be two infants and a Piglet which were exhumed at the entrance of a popular night Club, Amber Karaoke and Lounge.

The suspect who the owner of the Night Club, Mr. Akeem allegedly opened the Club about a year ago at 112 Marian road, Calabar after he reported resigned as a bouncer at Jasper Night Club to start up his own. Investigation reveals that Mr. Akeem rented the apartment from Southern Fried Chicken SFC last year.

The complex which also houses other businesses whose owners were unaware of the diabolical practices of Mr. Akeem until last week when God decided to expose him in a broad day light. A resident of the building said that luck ran out of Akeem when a Lady who owns a shop in the complex started noticing shortage in sales and customers and resorted to take her problems to God through a powerful Pastor in Cross River State.

Reports has it that on getting to the Prophet the shop owner was told that they were strange things buried in the complex that were preventing customers from patronizing her. The prophet promised to exhume the things if he is granted permission to do so. It was further gathered that the shop owner reported the matter to the police and was granted permission to exhume the body.

According to verbal and video clips obtained by this reporter and attached to this report, the Prophet with the help of his servants is seen exhuming the bodies which were buried in 3 bags about a year ago.Eye witnesses say that two of the bags contained skulls and bones suspected to be little babies while one contained bones and skull of a pig.

Meanwhile, the matter is currently being investigated by the State CID. Police sources who confided in this reporter say that the suspect initially denied any wrong doing but later confessed that in their tradition burying of pigs attract customers to any business and had no diabolical connotation.

Still in a bid to further cover up the crime, Mr. Akeem ran to a popular phone-in Radio programme hosted by a top Comedian in Cross River State, Last Prophet, on Hit FM to debunk the story. He informed listeners that nothing of such ever happened in his Club only for people who were present when the bodies were exhumed to phone in and affirm that they were present when the incident took place.

“Shot up Akeem I was there when the bodies were dug out from your club! A listener exclaimed on air. A cross section of Cross River State indigenes and residents who spoke with our medium promised to follow up the matter and ensure that justice takes full its course. They described the incident as embarrassing and evil.

“My brother you can imagine what on earth will make a man to kill two children just because of attracting customers to a club. This is evil and embarrassing to all of us who reside here in Cross Rivers State. Thank God the issue is now with the police CID, we will follow it up till justice is achieved, God is still in the business of exposing evil doers and we thank him for this one”. Mr. Okon, a resident of Marian said.
