Here's what mum taught me....
anytime u want to breatsfeed, sit on a chair with backrest so that u don't have to bend so much. I also use a nursing pillow to raise my baby a bit cos she was still small then, that way U reduce bending and back ache.
If a chair doesn't work for you, sit on a bed and rest ur back on the wall.

Always bending to nurse isn't good for your back and posture.

try and eat, even if it's little portions as often as u can and drink plenty water.

You are doing a great job, and u'll be fine real soon

I fainted one early morning when my baby was barely 1 month old. I wasn't eating well due to lack of appetite, I had to force myself to eat eventually cos baby has to suck whether I chop or not.

I tynk its d stress of d hospital routine and d fact dat I av to bend my head anytym she feeds. its always worse at midnyt. I'll try to increase my diet too cos seriously I don't av much appetite

He will turn in Jesus name .Amen, I told him I'm his mother, who have gone tru a lot in these few and slow months anticipating his birth, I told him...he is not permitted to stay breech cox i gave up so much to make sure he is fine, I also told him I bore all his kicks so he should listen to no other voice but God Almighty, mine and his Father's. I sweet talked him, and gave him direct instructions, and thank God he he listened. (Dnt mind mybusing him oooo...I'm trusting God for a him)

Do same, you and hubby, talk to his creator ...he will obey you. Awaiting r good news.

Worry not teamie...ur baby will turn, scan told me same last two weeks, I almost cried, couldn't see the baby's sex either...told hubby and he said I shouldn't worry, tho o was told there is still enough time for my cutie to turn. But that word ehn...it can scare some1

So i started talking to the creator of the whole world, and the giver of the blessing, I also spoke to my lo,

Lo and behold, I went for antenatal yesterday, and doctor said baby was head down......so worry not. Your cutie will turn, just talk to the creator and ur lo....

I still dey oooo, still pushing my baby bump around waiting and hoping. yesterday was my antenatal, did d usual routine n check up. den I was asked to go n see d doctor for membrane sweeping...... wat does dat mean swf cos I dint end up Doin it because LO is still in breech. I'm still praying for a miracle and I av just two weeks left to delivery. u av to see me yesterday I was just crying ...... seeing heavily pregnant women wit dier baby's head in d downward position and mine just decided to stay heads up!!! abi I av offended somebody ni.....lots of tots were playing tru my mind. this is my first issue and its breech!!!!! well DH sed we shld b grateful wat abt dose who r still waiting on God for their bundles of joy....

still do my walks...... d latest I feel as at dis morning is backache at both sides.

I've been to the hospital, and I have decided to change my HMO hospital.

Its official i hate female docs. This the first time a female doc would attend to me. She said with a bored look (and without symapthy) that the cramps may be a possible sign of miscarriage, if the baby would stay, it would, and if not i shouldn't worry myself. I mean, how can someone say that so easily.

I showed her my scan result..she said everything looks very fine and normal. so I shouldn't worry.

She said "alright bye", I'm like what? What about the painful cramps I said I experienced last night?

She said ok i should just not do anything stressful. Thats all? ok should she give me paracetamol? she asked me..

At that point, all I wanted to do was scratch her face with my nails.

I mean if you think its a sign of miscarriage, there should be something you would do to make sure it doesn't happen. Well, I don't know... Thats what I think

Anyway, I have spoken to God while laying my hands on my belly. My baby would be born full term..

Also, I haven't had cramps since then.. but I've started feeling nausetic every morning

Relax dear God is in control. some docs aren't sympathetic at all, a doc once attended to me and sed..... madam at dis stage forget VD start gathering money for CS wit a non chalant face. I wanted to slap d frown outta him dat day. mtchew

well my question is lately I urinate frequently at midnight even b4 I get to d toilet it will start to trickle down.

den again I poo a lot too like twice in d morning.

I av painful abdominal pains dat comes ones a while maybe its her leg because of d position

despite d fact its breech, the baby kicks like its training tym for FIFA world cup. she just sat down dia like no one's biz. I really need her to turn.

ifyalways:
First of all, relax your mind, your baby still have plenty of times to flip back into position. Some flip back as late as on the delivery day.

hello mamas in the house..... pls I've been troubled since yesterday dat I went for my ultrasound. the doctor wrote breech presentation on my card. wen I asked the meaning he sed it means the baby's head is up which shld be down because I'm 35weeks and 3days. he sed if the baby's position did not change they myt carry out a cesarean section. pls Wat can I do to change the baby to rotate back to the normal delivery position. my edd is July 25th. tanks pls I'll appreciate a quick reply

sorry mama, for the cold water and chewing on ice its very normal in few woman during pregnancy to be addicted to ice i came across it one day its called pica, nevertheless as normal as it is its advisable to try and get out of the addiction as it has side effect on the baby, i will advice u stay away from it try to control ur urge for it always remember that ur baby safety depends on u while u are staring at ur fridge, look at anything cold as a cigarette or alcohol that u need to stop no matter how addicted a woman is to alcohol once they are pregnant most of them try every thing possible to stay away from it may God help u. for the scratching its quite usually as ur stomach is expanding and also ur boobs so always moisturize ur stomach and boobi because the more u scratch the more ur chances of wrinkle stomach or stretch marks.

There is nothing wrong with taking cold water.with my first baby alot of ppl where givin me stories how it will affect my baby n all sort of things but i am already addicted to it.my baby is 1yr 8month n hadly catch cold sef.
Despite how mil shouted on me taking hot water after birth, i resumed cold water back just one week after i had my baby n i didnt feel anything.i also refuse to allow anyone press me with hot water n i got my pre pregnancy tummy back less than 4 month by using girdle only.

tanks mama, I've heard a lot of stories abt it too, like baby having convulsions and cough and I av asked experienced mother's n docs abt n dey sed its perfectly ok. all I need is moderation. have a lovely week ahead
