today I experienced one f the joys of being a mother, I went to the hospital for my first antenatal care. Though a little strssfull but it was worth it. I also did my first scan today n I was like... for real? I only witness it in movies and hear abt them. I was so thrilled and happy wen I saw my baby's shape and its heart, d tiny head and d steady heartbeats.
I didn't knw wen I burst into laughter n a tears were dropping from my eyes. it was a wonderful experience for me.

my PVC is 27% n I wonder wia all d blood went cos at October it was 45% so wat drained d blood. someone shld explain oooo.

then I was given a shot of injection on my left arm around d shoulder.... forgot to ask d doctor.

I can't wait for my next appointment.

Edd is July 29th this year

You can start now 4-5 months is not advisable. For the headache try staying in a cool darkroom and shut off all sounds! If it persists see your doctor.

it's OK to take glucose and or lucozade drinks. For the tiredness I'd suggest you go check your blood levels, Take your foods in bits to help with the nausea, drink plenty water and allow the stooling to run its course unless it becomes unbearable then you go see a doctor.

as a lady I had access to all d meats when its been fried in d kitchen especially when its my mum n I. al dose auntys will jst come n b guarding d kitchen like DROCK.my favorites r d chicken head, d gizzard and the wings... hmmmm good for soaking garri. I Neva liked bangas BT I loved dis INA olorun thingy. I loved sharing foods n drinks cos you will always receive a generous tip back. hmmmm dose days wen a bottle of fanta goes for 25naira.

hello mommaps in d aus. jst a quick question.... is it safe to take glucose and energy drinks like lucozade boost and d likes. I'm in my first trimester second month or so. and I always feel tired, I mean really tired. I dnt feel like eating anytyn and d morning vomits its like all my intestines r coming out. although agent been to d hospital. I'm in ogbomosho town. besides I've been stooling since yesterday's afternoon.

hi everyone, mothers and expecting ones. I pray our bundles of joy will arrive safe n sound, good afternoon. I've been eyeing this room b4 I got married always wondered wat u guys talked abt. glory to Almighty I got married last month Oct 22. so last month's bleeding was on 18th-22nd. so far so good, I av nt menstruated this month.
BT I'm having niple pains and dey r sensitive
and i very tired in d morning
plus I av been aving some headaches dat won't go away although I avnt used any drugs.
And my body temperature is nt stable.
Den since a week nw I always feel bloated my dinner no longer digests no mater aw early I eat.

IF U R NT MARRIED DEVOUT 1HR PER MORNING FOR EXERCISES, WEN U GET HOME DRINK HOT TEA AND WATCH A YORUBA MOVIE.

Now if u av done all dese and still u find it difficult to sleep....... u need therapy. let d docs do died wrk
