i dreaded saturdays cos u cant miss d always piling house chores. Fron devotion to sweeping removin cobwebs, moping d floor, washing of amala and eba gigan fron aluminium pots and men dose pots were thick and God bless u u break mama's pltes b sure to av a tribal mark dat day. Most tyms i hid dem in d pantry. Den u move to d gutter wia u use one dirty spyrogyra broom to scrub and scrub till u vomit. Den u move to d kitchen and use towels to clean d gas and kerosene stoves. Den u go to dad's room pack all his socks, singlets and mums undies to d bathrum and wash. By d tym u finish u just av to crash somewhere and take breakfast @3.30pm. lol @some comments here. I execise 4days i a week i jog for 30 mins and strectching for anoda 20 mins. Bliv me it aint easy to hurdle urself on d road as early as 6:00am wit al d neighbours staring. Den sum days i skip like 1500 sit ups and crunches like 50 all for dis flat belly and d bed guy

Hey ple it's good to b back again. After d NYSC orientation camp in jos in july i relocated to ebonyi, where i dint do any exercise for two months guess wat now i weight 70kg. Now i'm settled in ebonyi and took my grove back on sunday. I started my jogs and went on fruits diet. Let me just start from today. 5:45=15mins walk to d stadium. Den met wit my club we did 1hour stretchin and jogging around d field 10 laps but i chickened out at 8laps. Treked back home for 15 mins. 8:00am=boiled sweet potatoes and vegetable soup with to banana's and two garden eggs and two sacthets of purewater. I'l let u know about my lunch. But right now my muscles r sore and aching me a lot. Hey ple it's good to b back again. Thanks everyone for ur responses they av been soul liftin. I spoke wit a senior colleague of mine&he said not al part of jos are hostile, but the press over exaggerrated the hole matter. But he said it's a nice place to be.
