The former Managing Director of the Onne/Ikpokiri Oil and Gas Free Zone Authority, Sir Hon.Victor T.Alabo has been kidnapped this morning,at about 9':30am in his home town,Bolo in Ogu/Bolo LGA in Rivers State. It was reported that unknown gun men stormed his country home and adopted him.

The Nigeria office of the Vice President has now been designated as office of Presidential task forces.

Of recent,the Vice President of Nigeria is or had only been heard of on headship of task forces set up by either the President or the council of states.
First,it was in Rivers state on the ogoni clean-up.
Secondly,it went to Delta state on pipelines vandalization.

And now its the turn of herdsmen killing in Benue state. President Buhari has berated the office of the Vice President so much that the only major assignment to that office is to head all manners of Presidential task force or committees.

No sir,Mr Senator,I totally disagree with your assertions. There was,and still great differences in terms pf policies and policy implementation,structural and organisational.

While the APC is bent at dividing the nation along ethnic and religious lines, the PDP is bent at unifying it. PDP,against all odds can conduct their elective convention,but APC cant.

So Mr.Senator sir, nextime you speak of APC and PDP,pls try and draw your conclusions from the act and actions of their party flags.

This is a welcome development.at least Buhari can point at something for the Ijaws and solicit for their votes in 2019.

Amaechi,the forgotten hero of the APC and Buhari,trying to make himself noticed as the 2019 electioneering is getting closer.

Strategy 1:
Blame Wike and PDP in all deaths including natural, spiritual,cult related ones and refer them to as political killing.

Reason: To create a situation of insecurity in the minds of the citizenry

Expected Goal: Use security to scare away sympathizers of PDP and Wike,and encourage APC and Amaechi supporters in order to establish the envisaged FEDERAL MIGHT to rig the 2019 general elections in favor of APC under security guise.

END RESULT : The APC shall be disgraced out of Rivers State once and for all,as the people shall rise to defend and protect their votes.

Some chieftains of the All Progressive Congress in Rivers state had joined in endorsing the Governor of the State,Chief Nyesom Ezenwo Wike for second term come 2019,due to his unparalleled developmental strides in the state.

The endorsement was made during a solidarity visit on the governor by the entire people of "WAKIRIKE BE SE"ethnic nationality of RIVERS State yesterday Dec.27,2017 at Government House.

This ethnic group cuts across Port Harcourt,Okrika,and Ogu/Bolo local government areas.

They expressed deep satisfaction with the performance of the Governor in the midst of scarce resources that had characterized the country and as an opposition State.

The corrupt foundation of Nigeria is the foundation of Nigerians being corrupt.

Therefore, the problem of corruption of Nigerians should be blamed on the corrupt and illegal Amalgamation of the Southern and Northern Protectorates by the Colonial Masters.

Ever since the APC lost the re-run elections in Rivers state,its leader,former Governor of the state and current Minister of Transportation, Rt.Hon.Rotimi AMAECHI has been taking decisions that are inimical to the political terrain in the state. He has not only shot himself in the foot but had laid the foundation for the PDP to continue in its land slide winning euphoria.

First, he sacked all his Field-Marshalls,and appointed some of their boys as leaders of the 23 local govt.areas branches of the party.

Secondly,he began a press war against the erudite senator, and the leader of the sacked fields marshalls, denigrating him to nothingness.

And most recently, he had encouraged his few supporters in the state to start insulting the traditional institutions in the state, which he had never had any regard for as Governor for eight years.

Also,he has created an atmosphere of disunity amongst members of his inner caucus,especially the two senators, Elder Andrew Uchendu and Sen.Magnus Abe;the tap root of the Ogoni politicians in APC.

His actions may cost the APC the desired impact it hopes to create in future elections as the fighting spirit of members is being gradually killed.

The doctrine of "government is continual"
is not to be oveemphasized, but to assess its workability as it relates to Rivers state.
In 2007,the former governor of Rivers, Rt.Hon.Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi,took over the reigns of power and abandoned all developmental projects whose foundations where laid by both Dr.Peter Odili and Sir Celestine Omehia;ranging from rural electrification to urban renewals. From housing to road infrastructure etc,just to paint a picture of non performance by his predecessors,but today Barr.Nyesom WIKE is not only completing all abandoned projects of the other governors,he is also completing the ones that are abandoned by Amaechi irrespective of party affiliations.
This indeed is no small mean feat.

It seem that our dear country Nigeria no longer have elder statesmen, even in the obvious of fuel scarcity in the country.
Professor Wole Soyinka seem to have lost his professorship, and Tunde Bakare his prophetic prowess;even Baba Tunde Fashola his law acumen, and all those Yoruba actors and actresses of southwestern extraction that proved their LOVE for Nigeria in the days of the former president.
When do we actually lost our prowess of fighting for a better Nigeria?

Rivers state is made up of both riverine and Uplanders of the Kalabaris,Wakirikes,Ibanis,Andonis,Nkoro,and the Opobos as constituting the Ijaw tribe.

Secondly,the Ikweres,Ekpeyes,Oduals,Abuans,Ogonis,and the Oyigbos constituting the Upland extraction of the state.
While all ethnic nationalities are politically unic and displays a great level of sophistry;one major tribe stands out in deciding who becomes Governor in any election since Rivers state was created. And that tribe is the "WAKIRIKES". This assertion is not just a mere political gimmick but practical.

First,in 1983,Chief Melford Obene Okilo,(late)in one of his campaigns in Okrika for second term declared it,and it was so.

Secondly,one of their own,Chief Rufus Ada George,became Governor, riding on Okilo's political horse.

Third,Chief Dr.Peter Odili,also ride on the prowess of the Wakirikes to become Governor.

Again,Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi,the most arrogant,thought he can do without them,but in his bid for second term,it dawn on him which forced him to campaign for on three different days,the first in the history of politics in Nigeria.

Further more,the current governor, Chief Barr.Nyesom Ezebuwo Wike, having known the God given capacity to make or Mar of the WAKIRIKES has ever since ascending the throne, held on to them.

It is often said in some quarters that "anyone who ignores the WAKIRIKES in a bid to becoming the Governor, is at his or her own perile"and can never be.

THE "WAKIRIKES" ARE THE INFLUENCERS OF WHO BECOMES GOVERNOR IN RIVERS STATE.

In recent times,since the defection of the former vice President Alhaji Abubakar Atiku,from the ruling APC to the main opposition party,the governor of Kaduna state,mallam Nasir Elrufai had never rested and have been running from one news media to another. He has taken a new step of opposition in the political spectrum. While the former vice president is busy in ensuring in redeeming the PDP which he help to loose the 2015 general election, governor elrufai is wedging a campaign of calumny and using derogatory words against the former number two man.
The question is why is elrufai crying more than the one who lost a loved one(APC and PMB)?
Its no longer news that APC is about losing the 2019 general election because of its visionlessness on the part of its leadership, and the way the economy is being handled.
Elrufai, the Governor with a penchant for careless talking had of recent times lost his cool as he's been trying to please PMB,and to curry his favor in order to be favoured for the presidential ticket in an event the President is not recontesting.
Governor elrufai should have learnt his lessons after he did similar things to the former president Dr. Goodluck Jonathan on returning from exile on the magnanimity and humaneness of GEJ.
I believe if the ruling APC should as a matter of urgency call the Kaduna state governor to order from further insulting elder statesmen of our dear country, which in its self is capable of causing disaffection in the general overal interest and well being of the Nation.

Fresh PDP, you mean? Its indeed dead on arrival.
