Yes I use a private hospital.

They must have done the test and maybe just filed the result instead of giving you a copy.
I first registered in a private hospital, i did test but wasn't given any result.
But when i registered in a govt hospital, the list of the test was given to me and after the result came out, they gave the result back to me that its mine.

My sist gave birth 2years ago I remembered they was Ankara in her list, but I am sure they used 1 to wrap the baby and the other one to dress baby bed

I've been having insomnia too, will clock 30 weeks tomorrow. What i do is just close my eyes there on the bed .
It's really painful to not be able to sleep at night

Ferrous - 1, 3 times(morning aft night )
Vit C - 2, 3 times daily.

I eventually relaxed the hair o because i couldnt comb it again after leaving it since july last year
For safe relaxers, i dunno but i used ORS

I'm team may too. Maybe we should all start by stating our EDDs. Note I cant be a cappo because my pregnancy is always stressful (nausea, ulcer,Indigestion, heartburn, loss of appetite, spitting, weakness and so on till I give birth). But atleast we should have a list so someone can pick up the cappoship grin
