Step 1. Get voltaren, an non steroidal anti inflammatory. Take to 2 tabs.

Step 2. Put water inside a pot and heat. Add tumeric and black pepper then stir. Add ginger then stir. Take it off the heat and let it cool a bit.

Step 3. Put the mix into a blender and then add coconut oil into it.

Step 4. Blend.

Step 5. Bottoms up.

Give it like 30mins to an hour. Great relief will come upon you.

Repeat when you feel a flare up approaching.
