I’m curious what are they using this for?
The one reigning one time for them was lady pants and used sanitary pads

Pls the both parties are to be blamed sometimes, but most especially the husband!!
I know of a friends elder sis who had issue with the husby cos of this same topic
Her baby was not upto two years, she was on a family planning method but it was not suitable for her body so she decided to stop it cos the negative impacts were more
Still trying to balance her life, she kept on telling her hubby the situation of things
The man blankly refused saying he wants a child
Anytime they get intimate this man will refuse using condom
She told him her body is not yet ready to carry another child
Atlast when the thing entered; she found out and told the man she was going to abort
The man went livid with anger and sent her packing to her fathers house saying all sort of rubbish

If it were to be abroad

My parents always tell me to never in future try giving out any piece of land to a church unless you want to sow it as a seed; if not they will overtake the land from you and always put you in prayers so you can forget it

Drink a lot of water
Avoid sleeping in places infested with dirts and mosquitoes
Always use mosquito treated net to sleep
Avoid stagnant water in your environment to prevent more breeding of this mosquitoes 🦟
Drink clean water always, if you’re not satisfied you could always boil before drinking.
Start early morning water therapy it helps, like two- three satchet of water early in the morning on empty stomach.
Sometimes fast intermittently if you don’t have ulcer that is…
Now finally go for a general medical check up
Don’t assume you have cancer cause of a swollen lymph
What if it’s goiter or something else
Might not really be a cancerous tumor
So to rule that out go for a medical checkup up and review it with a consultant
Stop self medication
If you’re thinking of getting an affordable health plan
So l you don’t have to be wasting money all the time

Na why my friends Will say they prefer to marry ibo men cos they know how to hustle and take care of their wives
