Bro you are 101% right. I am presently experiencing the same with my ibo tenants here in Abuja. Some little maintenance that is not up #500 they would never fix. One broke his tap at his backyard and left it unresolved. The landlord of the adjacent compound had to come and inform the tenant when he noticed water gushing into his compound, yet the tenant refused to fix it. The landlord had to look for a way to get my number and informed me directly. Meanwhile the water meter reading has gone up because of the number of days this tap issue was left unattended to.

I see the amazement in people's eyes when they came to my compound in Abuja, and discovered that I'm the owner of a 4 bedroom flat, and 2 units of 2 bedroom flats in it despite the fact that I drive Toyota corrolla S 2006 model. I hope you are aware that a bag of cement is back to 1900 Naira. Go and confirm the price at your locality. Dangote was said to have lamented that he had not been making enough profit, after the cement being sold at a reduced price for just a month. This has prompted other cement manufacturers to increase the price of cement back to the old price. The only problem is that when it was reduced initially it was announced, but now when it has been increased back it was not officially announced.

Popularly OAP and relationship coach Chaz B passes away

Popular radio host, relationship coach and anchor of 'Sharing Life Issues' with Chaz B on Rhythm FM, Charles Bruce, aka Chaz B, has died. He died this morning November 22nd from kidney failure which he'd been battling for a while.

He was in his mid-50s and was married with kids. So sad! May his soul rest in peace...amen.
