millo: I have to disagree with you a little. The fact that you lost millions on it means that some others made millions on it. OANDO is one of the textbook examples for a JIJO (jump in jump out) stock- if it rises, it must come down, if it comes down, it must rise again.You must not invest money you need urgently on it so that if things goes south, you either quickly jump out and lick your wounds or just wait for it to rise back up. The good thing about oando and some other stock is that it is always very liquid. As a rule, I do not go near illiquid stocks. What is the point if I put for example 2M on a stock whose daily sales is usually not more that 200k? what happens if I need to jump out? Na my only stock dem go sell that day? For medium term strategists, I think OANDO is a bad idea, but for the long term strategists, I think it is very undervalued. People in 5-10 years will not believe that this stock was just above 3 naira this year. I know most people here are JIJO strategists, but stocks like these are good for people with long throat who have a high risk appetite, but also patience if thing does not go well in the immediate-term. It also means you should have access to money you can afford to leave alone for some time. Declaration of interest: I have got my fingers burnt big time on oando, but then I have also made good profits both real and imaginary. Bought massively at <4 and 5naira. Waiting to bail out soon and reenter. You nailed it Brother. |

On a 3/4 of a 600sqm space, for an estimated 2,500 blocks to DPC level. |

forbes30: ......lol...and Tinubu is posting various pics and videos of himself on linkedin discussing economic changes.... in the oil sector and how Oando is improving....I won't be surprised...its the same way he was active on linkedin last year too(sending friend request to everybody then) before their abysmal results came out........ ...... Thanks , But we all know this, that Oando is a long term stock, based on their structured payment that will end in 2018. For us Oando faithfuls are not panicking and am not selling till I see it from N65... |

Chibuking81: am happy to be here this evening, am also happy to see green dominating the market this month of May as I was shown. God is faithful. Arm robbers attacked me on 5th of this month in my house around 11pm and made away with my new laptop and all my phones, but on the contrary my God console me with greenish blessing in all my stock. Oga Chibuking...i sympathise with u, ur God pass them. Thanks for all ur predictions. Ur pocket shall never run dry...we are happy to have u and Oga PeterRichy in our midst. |

Lets be realistic pls. Support ur points with information and figures....Oando is a long term stock. If anything changes in the short term good.. I have locked down my 200k units till 2018 when they should have paid off their debt as they have structured it.. Secondly, this forum is the best thing that has happened to fellow Nigerians since independence. I just hope newbies make use of it well. Thanks BNSITL for being real to change our fortunes ourselves. -/+ news are welcome. |

Hello, I just came across this tread and am so happy...thanks guys. Pls how can I verify that the approved building plan I got from Ogun state Govt, is the genuine approval. My architech handled the process. Just lik the old days drivers license that people do , but we later found out that it was not on FRSC database. Pls is there a site or method I can use to verify. Don't want Govt to come in 5years time to tell me my building plan approval is not original. kindly advise. Thanks. |

Coolcash1: My stock pick for tomorrow;
FBNH- the storm is over..New management is in place and result driven. Eternal oil- gained almost 60% between Monday and now rising from N1.55 to over N2...Has the oil price rally working for it. Oando- debt restructured; oil price rebound and discipline spend impacting on Opex makes it appealing to investors. Livestock- posted impressive Q1 2016 profit..Fed govt agric driven economic policy positions the stock in vantage level. Asaka cement & CCNN- relative peace in the North thereby leading to reopening and entry of abandoned markets within that geographic space..massive construction this year by govt Nigerian Breweries- cheap brands; value driven acquisitions, increased product offering etc Tigerbrand GTB, Zenith
Stocks to watch out for WAPCO Nestle Seplat Flourmills
See these stocks outperforming the market very soon Sir , No UBA, AFPrud, Ucap.. |

donmarshia: Guys, if you have an Edividend in place for FBNH shares you bought through broker "A", and then you buy FBNH shares again through broker " B", will the same Edividend mandate be automatically applied to your broker "B" shares without you writing to the registrars, bearing in mind that the shareholder's name is same? Yes |
