Congratulations on your admission. Getting a fee waiver is different from getting a scholarship. In a case of scholarship, you won't need a blocked account. If the fee is waived, it could mean you pay little as you have rightly said or you don't get to pay at all. If you're not on scholarship, then you need SL or BA to get a visa.

I went through the site just to have an overview and realised there are emphasis on Blocked Account. That may be very difficult to achieve. Getting 10k Euros is mad with this economy. The question is whether I can rather make use of a sponsorship letter from a sponsor. That is very much easier to get.

I do not agree with you. I think the system should be able to help the students with their scores and where they are sure of what they churn out as scores, challenging them should not be a thing they are scared of or won't make provision for

My younger one had a score of about 260 and has been down ever since. I am fully aware that cannot be her score and can place a bet on it if marked. Now I intend challenging the score and willing to pay the required fees.

I'm really amazed that the police can do this (or that people have hope in the police to do this for "ordinary" people). The money this person will pay to the police will definitely be more than the cost of fixing the car in good shape.

I will advise this individual just do everything but contact the police. They will make him hate the day he stepped into the police station.

I stuttered also when I was a kid, but outgrew it deliberately.
I learned to speak slower and construct my sentences in the mind before speaking.

Though still stutter when I'm angry but as soon as I calm down, it's gone.

Your child will be fine. Just teach him how to speak calmer.

I learnt this too. It helped me in anger management. I just walk away

I used to stammer growing up but now it's reduced so much that I told a friend recently and she couldn't believe it.
My advice is to encourage him to speak. Cheer him up. Depending on his environment, he may be mocked by people and this is where you stand to be his confidant and build his confidence.
Be patient with him as he speaks. I noticed stammering increases when I'm in a hurry to speak. Teach him to speak slowly. To take a deep breath before speaking. Never to force himself to speak when he is finding it difficult to pronounce word.

I'm currently in a dilemma. I currently work and earn a small pay. I intend applying for a scholarship for 2022/2023 and all my documents are almost complete. I got to know that I will have to get a recommendation letter from my current employer. Now that's where the problem is.

I do enjoy a good relationship with my boss and he hopes to build a firm with people willing to stay and grow. I got to know he has always been hiring and people having to leave for Master's program or relocating. No doubt he's good but I will like to progress in my career.

But what if the scholarship doesn't work out. I don't want(and he doesn't like being seen as an option) the aftermath of the request to affect my job at the moment. But it won't be bad to give this application a good shot.

Should I forge the letter? My conscience will not allow me and what if the body request anything from him or he gets to know.
Another escape route will be to use my former employer but I'm attaching my pay slip as application for waiver and the employer will not correlate.

Note, I'm less than a year in this new work place.
