Actually, he isn't the owner of the two lines. Reminisce was the first artiste to use the 'street take over' line in the Local Rappers remix. Also in the same track, 'Back to back' was Phyno's when he said: 'Emele Mia Back to back; rushing like I'm the new Tupac'. Meaning: 'i did it back to back'. Money realized from the use of these lines should go to Reminisce and Phyno as they are the intellectual owners of same.
